Sehr zentrale Lage , freundliches Perdonal am Empfang

Saubere Zimmer, Personal am Empfang sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am Zimmer waren 2verschiedene Kopfkissen weich / härter zur Verfügung gestellt. Es wurde täglich eine Flasche Trinkwasser bereit gestellt.

Cons:

Wir mussten am Abreisetag um 07:45 zum Taxi. Frühstück gab es ab 7:30 es wurde strickt um 7:30 erlaubt an das Frühstücksbuffet zu gehen. Leider hatten sie die Bereitstellung des Frühstücks erst um 7:40 abgeschlossen . Da die Gabeln und Infokärtchen mehrmals exakt gerichtet wurden. Die Dame die für Frühstück Zubereitung verantwortlich war machte einen überforderten Eindruck, da sie an diesem Tag keine Unterstützung von dem Empfangspersonal hatte . Der Kaffeeautomat wurde leider erst zum Schluss 7:40 eingeschaltet so dass wir dann keinen mehr bekamen bzw. trinken konnten. Die Zeit zum Aufheizen der Automatentemperatur dauert mind. 10Min. Vielleicht sollte hier etwas entspannter umgegangen werden. Hierzu sollte ein Ablaufplan erstellt werden. Priorisiert was dauert am längsten und macht sich dann von alleine z.b. Knopf an der Kaffeemaschine drücken damit es dann auch um 7:30 möglich ist zu frühstücken. Und vielleicht 10 Minuten früher mit Vorbereitungen beginnen. Schließlich zahlt der Gast für Frühstück.

Bof … certainement pas à la hauteur d’un 4 * !
Pros:

L’emplacement, même si l’hôtel donne sur une artère très roulante et donc bruyante.

Cons:

- chambre peu fonctionnelle et pratique : pas de place pour les valises, pratiquement pas de rangement hormis une penderie à l’entrée avant un long couloir (très sombre) menant à l’espace chambre (petite !);
- toilettes ouvertes sur le couloir avec simple porte battante en verre translucide comme séparation ;
- pas de sèche-cheveux ;
- 3 kleenex pour 3 jours, 2 vieux sachets de thé pour 3 jours !!!!
- une mention très négative pour Booking.com et son annonce mensongère concernant un soi disant trajet taxi gratuit aéroport- hôtel… et aucune réponse à mes demandes d’explications !!!

Gutes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und sehr guter Lage.
Pros:

Frühstücksbuffet war gut, Die Qualität der Speisen war sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich, wünsche wurden direkt umgesetzt.

Pros:

The location was excellent, near the river and walkable to all the places of interest. Breakfast lovely with hot and cold options available. Plenty to keep you going for a day of walking. Restaurants nearby were reasonable, and taxis stop was right outside the hotel door.

Cons:

Would have loved an outdoor courtyard or roof terrace so you could enjoy the surroundings more. Traffic was rather busy and could be noisy. We asked for a quiet room and were at the rear of the hotel. Building work next door started early but didn't spoil our stay.
