The property was absolutely beautiful—from the elegant castle interiors and luxurious rooms to the peaceful grounds and gorgeous scenery. Every detail made it feel special and gave us the true Scottish castle experience we had hoped for. And that black marble bathroom… I could have moved right in! 😂🏰❤️
I didn’t like calling for ice, toilet paper, or just needing to know how to work something and get no answer or when we did no one showed up to bring it.
We very well looked after with all the staff being very toward our needs.

The hospitality staff were exceptional. Coming from a hospitality background i was very impressed by the level of service and the attention to detail by the staff. From the reception staff to the servers the hotel has it just right. I will be returning with my family and will definitely be recommending a stay here to others.
I found the room a little smaller than i expected, although i must say the decor was beautiful.
