Good Location , secure parking, good value , we enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

We enjoyed the breakfast , nice menu Well presented , and liked the location of the cafe . Service and staff very good.

Cons:

We only struggled with lack of power point access , had to boil kettle on top of the cistern in bathroom , to use the iron , power point up underneath bedside table . Tricky to get to.

Clean, modern hotel with great and stylish rooms
Pros:

Bathroom was very clean and big, the shower was really nice.
The hotel is very close to Fortitude Valley/almost in the Valley itself, so quite central and easy to get to and from. Although it is close to Fortitude Valley, I didn't hear any noise which was great.

Cons:

There was a window between the bathroom and bedroom in the room which caused some discomfort in terms of privacy.
I stayed in the lobby for 90 minutes after check-out and there weren't any water fountains to fill my water bottle and there weren't any other (free) options to choose from.
The view from my room wasn't great as the window was facing another building, but it didn't really bother me at all.

Comfortable stay if it’s comparably cheaper than nearby options and you aren’t looking for anything fancy.
Pros:

It was convenient location for an event I was going to. The bed was comfortable

Cons:

The sheets on the first night had stains on them. There was a wasp nest outside the window. The bottom of the doors was chipped away. The hotel wasn’t pretty.

A great hotel that is definitely worth the price point for a weekend getaway.
Pros:

The comfort and vibe of the room. It was very quiet despite being located in the city centre.

Probably won’t stay there again , as we were very disappointed with the whole process this time .
Pros:

The location was excellent for where we wanted to stay , eat and easy access to the airport.

Cons:

We asked early on for an early check in, which has never been a problem as we’ve stayed there several times before. The room wasn’t ready when we arrived. Reception was a bit rude and we were told she would ring when it was ready , nobody rang. So we went away and arrived back at the hotel 45 mins before check in and the room still wasn’t ready, so we waited in the lobby area. 4 different people arrived after us checked in and went to their rooms before I asked if our room was ready . It was ready at the regular time of 3 pm . We asked for a king bed , ‘apparently’ king bed rooms for our rate was a disabled room, which we weren’t told about. I asked to change rooms and were told a king bed room with a regular ensuite was an extra $100, so we just decided on a regular room queen bed .
