Comfortable, relaxing accommodation in excellent location.
Pros:

The location was perfect for the purpose of our trip. Lots of music venues and restaurants within walking distance. The city was also an easy walk. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Some wifi issues when trying to stream to the TCV, and this was the only option. No microwave/food heating options.

Disappointing
Pros:

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

It’s not in the Valley it’s in Spring Hill, the room smelled musty, the aircon was set to 19, the toilet seat wasn’t properly attached, there was no chair in the room so I had to eat on the bed. I asked for a quiet room but it was next to the lift & when the people in the room next to me came in during the night it was so loud I thought they were in my room. The cafe was meant to open at 6.30am but wasn’t. An all round underwhelming experience.

A comfortable, good value hotel close to Fortitude Valley
Pros:

Excellent value for money. A nice and comfortable hotel within a few of minutes walk of the bars and clubs Fortitude Valley. Staff were friendly on arrival. Beds were comfortable and the room was reasonably well sized.

Great place to stay, building is mostly clean and tasteful but starting to show signs of small maintenance issues.
Pros:

It’s comfortable, easy check in and friendly staff. Close to city and valley.

Cons:

The first room we went into had signs of water damage (swollen doors) and strong smell of mould emanating from cupboard. Reported immediate to staff and were allocated another room without question which we were very grateful for.
