Kennigo killed it!
Pros:

Personalised and responsive service; rooms are thoughtfully designed and functional (eg. the hot water jug can be filled at the bathroom basin); parking available at a reasonable price ($30 / day).

Cons:

I stayed for 1 night. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel therefore I cannot comment about this. I don't have dislikes to report.
