Wonderful place to stay after walking around Quebec City all day.
Pros:

This hotel was great. We loved the room , shower and balcony. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the tropical garden. The Ginger restaurant was very good.

Cons:

Can’t think of anything.

L'hôtel était bien le restaurent pas bon déjeuner oeuf dur quand on a demandé tourne leger service laisse a désirer... souper ordinaire mon saumon n'était pas frais mais le.prix était bon.
La.piscine petite mais bien.

Cons:

Le restaurant la chambre petite très noir je ne pouvais pas me maquiller convenablement je ne voyais rien du tout meme avec tous les lumières allumé.

Parfait pour un séjour de 3 jours ressemblant à des vacances dans le sud
Pros:

Le balcon donnait sur la piscine à la bonne hauteur au 2ieme étage. L'eau de la piscine était très chaude et agréable. La piscine était ouverte du matin au soir

Cons:

Il n'y a pas beaucoup de restaurants à proximité de l'hôtel pour le souper mais ça ne dépend pas de l'hôtel

Très déçue
Pros:

Le personnel était très gentil. Le fait qu'il y avait une chanssonnière à la piscine/spa était agréable. Le café nespresso le matin dans la chambre est toujours bien apprécié. Le lit était confortable. Le bar était agréable.

Cons:

Je veux bien comprendre que c'est un hôtel familliale mais on s'est fait reveiller par des enfants qui jouaient dans le couloir, qui courraient et qui criaient. Le spas est très petit donc on a dû attendre pour pouvoir en profiter un peu et on se faisait éclabousser le visage. Les planchers étaient pas 100% propres. J'ai échappé un peu d'eau par terre et en essuillant mon papier était gris. Les machines distributrices de l'hôtel ne fonctionnaient tellement pas bien que j'ai dû demander de l'aide a la receptioniste qui a dû ouvrir l'une des machines. Une autre fonctionait mais au lieu de me prelever 5$ pour 2 breuvages elle m'a pris 10$ dans mon compte. La chambre était beaucoup plus petite que ce qu'on croyait. J'ai preferé l'hôtel must les années d'avant.

Goed hotel voor een bezoek aan old Quebec
Pros:

Een mooie hotel om de stad Québec to bezoeken. Mooi zwembad met zelfs soms live muziek. Er is ook een goed restaurant dus na een dagje Québec hoef je niet meer op zoek naar een restaurant.

Cons:

Jammer dat er pas roomservice verzorgd wordt bij een verblijf van 2 nachten of meer.

Pros:

Je ne passerai plus par Booking car je n'étais pas capable de vous rejoindre pour une modification de date ou de chambre
Je n'ai jamais demandé pour mobilité réduite et c'est ce que j'ai eu
La vue de mon balcon était très réduite
À l'avenir je parlerai à une personne
