A lovely hotel in a good location let down by sloppy management.
Pros:

Nice room, good location, had a pool and hot tub.

Cons:

Check in was a nightmare; the regular check in at 17h (5pm) was too late and there was not enough staff; the lobby was total chaos. Neither the pool nor the restaurant are properly accessible and requests for accommodations were ignored.

Loud, Tired and Dated Hotel
Cons:

Indoor facing room stank of chlorine due to indoor pool and tropical plants from below artium.

Fri-Sun live music (5.30-8.30) so loud , even having the t.v sound up cannot drown it out...you cannot relax

So much light bleed into our room...we were close to the jumbo t.v that shows fish over the pool. The light glare was horrendous even with curtains shut

Hotel is tired, dated, service by young staff was either snappy & short (borderline rude) or just dismissive and unhelpful - the care and attention just wasn't there

Don't request an internal facing room, whilst cheaper, it does not offer a relaxing stay.

Elegant but not too buttoned up, a really charming and relaxing stay!
Pros:

Very central location, easy to get to multiple hot spots in the city! The hotel was charming and beautiful, we loved the garden balcony :)

The restaurant was nice, the staff was great

Cons:

First of all, I expected to get a room with interior balcony, which I checked marked when I made the reservation.
Second of all For the price I paid I expected the breakfast to be included. I did not expect to pay extra for the parking either.
The beds were double not queen size, for four persons was not so comfortable. Even though we were 3 adults, we got coffee to make only for 2 people, and the number of the towels in the bathroom were also for 2 people.

O preço que paguei era 3 vezes superior só que conseguiria só balcão. Mesmo no booking a diferença é enorme. Tanto a booking como o hotel devem rever a modo como tratam os clientes. Senti-me enganado, para não dizer algo mais forte. Acresce que estive quase uma hora em pé a aguardar para fazer o check-in. O que revela mais uma vez a pouca consideração pelo cliente. Finalmente a net não funciona. Se quisermos que funcione temos que pagar uma taxa extra para podermos usufruir de algo que faz parte da oferta. Está tudo dito. Não são sérios. Nunca mais usarei esta cadeia por não serem sérios e espero que a booking comece a olhar para estes casos. Para terminar pedi um taxi para me levar a estação dos comboios e mais uma vez tentaram enganar-me. Se não conhecesse a cidade teria andado às voltas quando o vi hotel estava a menos de 1km da estação. Mas tendo em consideração a postura do hotel o taxista segue na mesma forma de tratar os clientes, sacar-lhes a maior quantidade de dinheiro possível. Já tive que pagar porque o taxista começou a tratar-nos mal e não queria problemas.

Geniale Lage, um Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Tolles Steakhaus im Hotel. Parken auch super, unterirdisch mit Fahrstuhl in die Lobbx

Just the right place for what we needed. Restaurant better than any in town.
Pros:

Had a room with view both to interior court and to city. Hotel situated close to city walls. Excellent breakfast buffet (not included in room). Restaurant very nice, excellent food and wines. Staff very friendly.

Cons:

WiFi pretty weak and slow. Full housekeeping service only every third day. Garage entrance extremely narrow.
