Pros:

Staff were excellent, location was excellent and facilities. I would definitely recommend and would return to this hotel.

Cons:

Everything was perfect, I do feel bedrooms need updating, but saying that it's still a wonderful hotel with wonderful staff 5*

It was just what we needed to relax enjoy in total calmness. Our dinner in hotel was Lovely and we were celebrating my Birthday with a few days in Quebec .

Baño con moho .
Pros:

La habitación estaba cómoda , el baño aunque lo limpiaron la bañadera tiene moho en las paredes , y en el lavamanos , que para lo que cuesta la noche , no es aceptable.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos a las 11 am nos dijeron que el check in era a las 2:30 pm , el cual regresamos , cuando llegamos nos dijeron que la hab no estaba limpia 😵‍💫y nos dicen que el check in es a las 4pm , que nos lo hubieran dicho antes , nos sentamos enfrente del counter a esperar, y el 90 % de las personas que llegaron después de nosotros le entregaron la habitación 😡

Cons:

Le plancher de la chambre était salle.
Encore des miettes dans l'espace frigidaire micro ondes
Des mousses et déchet en arrière de la table de chevet
Disons que le plancher avais été faite en laissant les coin rond comme on dit.

Eduard a great server / waiter , fantastic food, and a great atmosphere

We had dinner in the restaurant, the steak was amazing, cooked to perfection, Eduard our waiter was fantastic , helpful and attentive ,
Atmosphere was cozy and quiet , just want we wanted and the location within the citadel area,
Old fashions and filet steaks great finish to the end of the day ,

The staff in front desk were amazing . The staff at breakfast were not friendly
The room was not very cleaned , you could visibly see dust. The bathroom room floor was not clean you could see dirt at the corners
