The location of the hotel was great. The staff was so so. Some were very friendly others looked irritated to be helping.
When we got to our room on the last night the door was open. It was ajar and we went inside and called out for whoever was in there. Nobody was there, thank goodness. There was a trashcan on the desk and a couple things were out of place, but otherwise it was okay. We both had medical supplies and our passports in the room. We called the front desk and we called the hotel the company but nobody seemed to want to do anything. I didn't feel safe after this. The room floors were not secured by room card, and the building was all accessible to the public. Nobody apologized and no reasons were given for why the door might have been left open all day. For those reasons I think the security is poor and I would not recommend the hotel.
Mycket fint hotell i gammal, ståndsmässig stil. Mitt rum var stort och generöst möblerat och gav snarare intrycket av att vara en svit. Bodde på nionde våningen med fin utsikt mot gamla sta’n.
Hotellet har en innergård inomhus på plan 2 med både en mindre simbassäng och en bubbelpool, som jag avnjöt.

Excellent location. Front desk staff were polite if not helpful.
The smell of chlorine inside the Garden Balcony Suite was overpowering even with the doors closed. The drapes are sheer so the bright pool lights kept the room lit all night. The 1980's carpet, drapes and artificial flowers are dusty and worn. We checked out after one night but were charged for two as we gave slightly less than the required 24 hours notice. Not suitable if you have allergies, asthma or odour sensitivity.

Great location, a 10-minute walk from the center. Paid parking, but super convenient with an indoor garage—well worth it, go for it! Breakfast wasn't great.
Everything was perfect. The location was great and we walked everywhere.
Location was great, the room was good, ninth floor city view. Check in was good, parking was good.
Housekeeping. We stayed 2 nights but the hotel policy is not to make the bed after one night. It does appear on their website but it is hidden a bit. This was disappointing. No option to request bed made after day one.
The hotel is located right at the border of old quebec city.
The hotel is average. Bed is made only after 3rd night stay. At this hotel I left behind three items in the closet. I double checked my carry on and items are not there. I called the hotel to advise them that the items were left behind and would be picking them up. When I got there I was told no one had checked into the room I had and the items are in lost and found. The items were a long skirt, casual dress shirt and a Toronto Blue Jays Players Jersey. I was given a plastic bag with my items. I opened the bag and guess what, the Toronto Blue Jays Jersey is missing! How can three items hanging in the same closet, and have only two make it to lost and found. No Jersey. These items were left behind in the closet and not lost. They were in a locked room. The hotel just said it's not in the room or in lost in found. Don't understand how it went missing. I'm out a Jays Jersey, and won't be staying at any Jaro hotel again.
