L'air climatisé ne marchait pas et venu le réparer 2 fois et après le chauffage dans la chambre de bain au bout et pas capable de rien faire

Older hotel, no water provided told me drink tap water. I think booking.com clients get the older rooms not advertised when placing a reservation. Needs to be refurbished.
La piscine et le spa
La chambre était vraiment désuete. Il y avait eu des dégâts d'eau assurément réparé à la va-vite. De plus, le bain était un vrai désastre. Les portes qui ne semblent pas barrera comme il le faut (quand on tire dessus, ca devient tout croche.
I did not use the pool, we staid overnight and left early the next morning.

La machine a toutou vole l’argent.
Pas d’ascenseur.
On m’obstinait qu’un matelat de plus n’allais pas rentrer dans la chambre car j’avais choisi une petite chambre ..
on m’as charger la total.

Chambre dite avec balcon, drôle de balcon… du vieux métal rouillé même pas assez grand pour 2 chaises qui donne sur la rue.
Nous arrivons au restaurant pour souper avec un enfant de 2 ans à 18h et on se fait virer de bord car ils sont trop occupés… j’ai compté 8 tables occupées… je ne peux pas aller souper au restaurant de mon hôtel ???
Je me dis donc que je vais réserver pour le déjeuner du lendemain matin mais non, aucune disponibilité avant 9h le matin……
Nous avons donc été souper à l’extérieur et déjeuner à l’extérieur aussi et ce sera pareil pour notre séjour complet.
L’insonorisation est horrible, on entend les gens de partout le soir.
En plus que l’hôtel soit situé sur un boulevard complément désuet, tout comme l’intégralité de cet hôtel.
L’eau de la piscine et du jacuzzi sont degeulasses.
