Ménage a notre arrivé n'avait pas été bien fait
Aucune prise USB dans la chambre, aucun guide pour la télévision

Le service à la salle à dîner.

Cons:

Dans la chambre l'air climatisé faisait tellement de bruit qu'à chaque fois qu'elle démarrait ça nous réveillait donc plusieurs réveil. Donc on c'est levée vers 6 hres douche déjeuner et départ nous qui voulions vraiment relaxer et ne pas se presser, pas de prise usb intégrée je n'avais pas apporté le branchement étant convaincue que c'était là comme dans d'autres hôtels Jaro 😢 donc cette hôtel Jaro on y retournera pas. Seulement les autres qu'on à déjà visités et qui étaient parfait.

Mauvais entretien des lieux et équipements.
Pros:

La vue.

Cons:

L'eau de la piscine et du spa était opaque et avait des particules bizarres.
La chambre était humide et les lits sont un couvre matelas en plastique ce qui donne des sueurs la nuit.
Les lieux était vraiment sale comparer à ma visite il y a 2 ans.
Relâchement visible.
J'ai la peau qui pique après moins de 12h de la baignade. Restons à l'affût, et si rien, pas de nouvelles bonnes nouvelles.

La chambre était assez propre et la climatisation très efficace dans la chaleur de juillet.

Cons:

Tout a été difficile dès le début. Les plateformes roulantes pour les bagages ne roulent pratiquement pas. Pas de porte automatique rend impossible de rentrer nos bagages. Le check in a été très long; pourquoi ne pas garder une caisse pour payer comptant? Le personnel à l'accueil aucunement souriant. Les installations très sales, les tapis et la piscine littéralement répugnants. Dans la chambre, la douche coulait énormément, mouillant toutes nos choses par terre et la porte vers dehors est presque impossible à ouvrir et fermer.
Pour un week-end à plus de 500$, nous sommes très déçus. On s'attend à un tel prix à avoir au moins des installations propres et entretenues.

Chambre confortable, bon restaurant et beau jardin

Cons:

Il y avait énormément d'enfants dans la piscine et le spa. Très bruyant et turbulent. Peut être que c'est un hôtel plus familial, première fois pour moi.
