Rien je nai pas pus me rendre lemployer a canceler ma reservation quand jetait en route de nuit avec un enfant

Le service je voyage avec un enfant de 3 ans et la dame a canceler ma reservation alors que jetait sur la route car jai voulus massurer que tout etait correct donc jai changer d'hotel et il n'y a pas eu de problème

Was fun after we checked in. But otherwise staff was rude and unpleasant.
Pros:

I liked how many activities there was for the kids and how everything was easily accessible.

Cons:

The check in staff were rude. The hotel bc asked me to ask me what time I would be arriving. I said 4pm. When we got there the room was not ready yet so they said come back in 15 minutes. When I went back it still was not ready and she told me 10 more minutes. She was not pleasant and was extremely rude to me. Not how you want your staff to speak to others. Why would they call to ensure my room was ready at 4pm and only have it ready for 430pm? I had to wait around with young kids who were tired from our 4 hour drive.

Pros:

Amazing place to bring your kids ongoing fun activities to do without leaving your hotel. Nice pool area. Bouncy castles . Park for the kids. Great shows and events for the kids. It like a little Disney land.

Cons:

Not a miss but would love to have a bathtub for the kids in the room and the bathroom to be a little bigger. Was to nervous to try the Resturent because of the reviews . Would love to have a good Resturent at the hotel. However overall I love this hotel.
