Family holiday
Pros:

Food was good, with plenty of variety, and there was good access to the seaside by walking. Good entertainment, especially cabaret dancers. Good mattresses and pillows for a good night's sleep. Clean surroundings. Close to the excursions office, except for the fact that something worth visiting is too far from this Hotel.

Cons:

The hotel manager was ruining our stay by disallowing a large group to stay together around the swimming pool. The staff members in his presence looked very frustrated. The best time we had was when the hotel manager was off. (Family holiday. Elderly ladies felt very uncomfortable with the situation, so we doubt we will come back unless the hotel manager is replaced with someone who has better customer service skills. ) This Hotel operates at 3 stars. There is a lot that needs improvement to earn it 4 stars. Standard rooms are very outdated; premium rooms have a sink in the bedroom, and the drainage creates a smell on hotter days. Internet is set up, but not practical. If your room is not facing the garden, Crete poverty view is for your eyes.

Great hotel
Pros:

The hotel itself is clean and on great locatoon. The food and the allinclusove drinks are well worth it.the best thing about the hotel is the staff.

All in all would stay here again .

Vždy a všude bylo dokonale čisto. V době jakéhokoliv jídla vždy chodil personál a sebemenší kousek jídla, který komukoliv při nabínání jídla upadl, okamžitě uklidili. Vše bylo po stránce služeb, čistoty a personálu skvělé.

Cons:

Jediné co mi opravdu vadilo byl výběr jídla. Chyběla mi možnost tam dát si na oběd a večeři vždy rýži nebo brambory. Také masa bylo po skromnu.

Am primit o camera premium in loc de cea superioara cu ocazia zilei de nastere. Recomand camera cu caldura, este situata intr-un corp nou de cladire, are un concept modern, este spatioasa si foarte curata. Intreg personalul a fost foarte amabil, le multumesc tuturor. Doresc sa felicit personalul responsabil cu prepararea hranei, care a fost de o calitate pe care nu am intalnit-o decat foarte rar. De asemenea cocteilurile preparate la barul de langa piscina au fost minunate, servite in pahare specifice, care erau racite cu gheata in prealabil

On a reçu une chambre supérior à celle qu'on a réservé.
La tranquillité des lieux, les massages spa, la gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

Ça sera bien de trouver un moyen de couvrir la lumière très de température à l'appareil climatisation et avoir un petit coussin en bas des portes car la lumière forte du couloir pénétre dans la chambre.
