Enjoyed our stay in Wunstorf but the hotel was not the best of it
Pros:

Good breakfast but not included in room price

Cons:

Asked for an air-conditioned room and the request was confirmed but not honoured on the first night. No lift to the upper floor. Not a lot of storage space for clothes. The hotel is on an industrial estate and you are dependent on a car for getting about, and there aren't many other options for breakfast locally.

Praktisches Hotel zu fairem Preis.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einem Gewebegebiet. Da ich beruflich dort war, war die Lage für mich ideal. Der Preis ist fair. Gutes Frühstück.

hiermit möchte ich Ihnen eine Rückmeldung zu unserem Aufenthalt vom 31. Juli bis zum 1. August geben.

Leider mussten wir das Hotel bereits am 1. August gegen 1:00 Uhr nachts verlassen, da die Hitze im Zimmer unerträglich war. Der bereitgestellte Ventilator konnte die Raumtemperatur leider nicht ausreichend senken. Ein Lüften des Zimmers kam für uns aufgrund des zu erwartenden Insekten- und Mückenbefalls ebenfalls nicht infrage.

Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt deshalb leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Aus unserer Sicht sollten künftig bessere Möglichkeiten zur Kühlung der Zimmer geschaffen werden, beispielsweise durch den Einbau von Klimaanlagen oder andere wirksame Maßnahmen.

Zudem empfanden wir die offene Dusche, die sich direkt im Zimmer befindet, als nachteilig. Durch die Nutzung der Dusche stauen sich zusätzlich Feuchtigkeit und Wärme im Raum, was das Raumklima insbesondere an heißen Tagen weiter verschlechtert.

Wir hoffen, dass Sie dieses Feedback als konstruktive Anregung verstehen und entsprechende Verbesserungen für zukünftige Gäste prüfen.
