Please note that there is a 24-hour front desk and check-in is possible from 15:00. It is not needed to inform Zoku of your estimated arrival time.

Due to the purpose of clean rooms, Zoku Amsterdam can not provide an early check-in. Guests who arrive before 15:00 can leave their luggage in the luggage room on-site.

Loved it and would stay again.
Pros:

Loved, loved, loved the room and its look. Very Scandinavian and modern. Nice shared spaces on the roof as well, with a nice view. Very comfortable bed, although the pillows were not to my liking. The size of the apartment was great for one person.

Cons:

The temperature of the room was far too cold -they provided a hot water bottle in the room, which I used constantly. I asked for a blanket and all they had was a duvet. The lifts can be a bit slow.

Pros:

Hotel très bien situé mais, mais nous n'avons pas apprécié l ambiance. Il n y a pas vraiment de réception, vous devez effectuer votre check in vous même. Le petit déjeuner était bon mais n arrivez pas à 9:55 car a 10:00, ils débarrassent déjà. Le dimanche, nous n avions pas d eau chaude à notre réveil, aucun avertissement de l hotel. Suite à notre appel, ils nous ont signalé un problème d installation. Le parking payant de l'hotel offre deux bornes de recharges mais personne n a pu nous expliquer comment les utiliser car il fallait un badge donc la recharge n'était pas possible. Bref, bien que bien situé, cet hotel est assez froid, les chambres de type cabine de bateau, pas très chaleureuses.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für eine Erkundung von Amsterdam, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt aber nicht.
Pros:

Die Lage ist topp, die Zimmer sind speziell (jeder Zentimeter wird kreativ genutzt), das Frühstück ist gut (das Buffet wird aber selbst am Wochenende pünktlich um 10 Uhr abgeräumt).

Cons:

Man muss mit Sack und Pack zum Check-in und -out ins Dachgeschoss. Einen Zimmerservice gibt es nur auf ausdrücklichen Wunsch. Am Abreisetag ist der Boiler ausgefallen, es gab kein warmes Wasser. Das Angebot der Bar hätte ich mir opulenter vorgestellt. Die Flure sind sehr dunkel.

Το στρωμα ηταν χαλια πατικωμενο απ την μια πλευρα επειδή ολοι καθοντε λογω του σχεδιου του δωματιου, η πιεση νερου χαμηλη, δεν ηρθε να καθαρισει κανενας 5 μερες, καλεσαμε για να ερθουν να καθαρισουν οπως δικαιουμασταν και δεν σηκωνε κανενας το τηλεφωνο. Ειχε αρκετη φασαρια απ τον δρομο, ειχε κρυο και ο φορητος θερμαντηρας ειναι αστειος , γενικα ολη η self service εμπειρια για τα 260 ευρω το βραδυ ειναι απαράδεκτη

Excellent hotel stay, great concept and implementation. Loved the building, room, location, food…
Pros:

Good location on metro line between stations. Loft style room and great vibe in hotel. Very clean and comfortable accommodation, good air con, great kitchen space. Loved the roof top restaurant, great food and service.

Cons:

Room by elevator and fire door was noisy at night as people grouped to say goodnights. Ideally the fire door would be soft closing and maybe a big notice telling people to be respectful and not hang around talking loudly after 10pm would help?

An enjoyable place to stay in Amsterdam
Pros:

A very good location, close to the center but still calm; definiştely more clean then the city center and many locals (no touristic rush around). Close to different dining spots. An interesting consept in total, loft room with a 2storey bed space. Enough equipment for cooking, working. A very cool bar/terrace on the 6th floor with live music on Friday evenings, but other evenings also fun. Beautiful sunsets. The safest bet for long stays.

Cons:

Pricy if you stay short. We didn't mind but the cleaning only comes once a week (but there is a room in the hotel with all the needed amenities to tidy the room yourself).
