Pros:

Las camas fueron las más cómodas que he podido disfrutar en un hotel, las almohadas grandes y con la firmeza justa, una maravilla.

Pros:

Η διαμονή μας ήταν συνολικά ικανοποιητική, κυρίως χάρη στην εξαιρετική τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου. Βρίσκεται σε πραγματικά κεντρικό σημείο, ιδανικό για να εξερευνήσει κανείς τη Βαλένθια με τα πόδια.
Το προσωπικό ήταν ιδιαίτερα φιλικό, ευγενικό και πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά άνετο, ενώ το μπάνιο ήταν ανακαινισμένο και σε καλή κατάσταση.

Cons:

Το δωμάτιό μας έβλεπε αποκλειστικά στον φωταγωγό του κτιρίου, με αποτέλεσμα να μην έχει καθόλου φυσικό φως. Επιπλέον, δεν μπορούσαμε να ανοίξουμε το παράθυρο για να αερίσουμε τον χώρο, καθώς από τον φωταγωγό ερχόταν έντονη και πολύ δυσάρεστη μυρωδιά αποχέτευσης. Το ίδιο πρόβλημα υπήρχε και στο μπάνιο, το οποίο δεν διέθετε καθόλου εξαερισμό, με αποτέλεσμα η κατάσταση να γίνεται ακόμη πιο δυσάρεστη.
Ένα ακόμη θέμα ήταν οι κάρτες-κλειδιά των δωματίων, οι οποίες αρκετές φορές δεν λειτουργούσαν και χρειάστηκε να επιστρέψουμε στη ρεσεψιόν για επαναπρογραμματισμό. Το προσωπικό μάς εξυπηρετούσε πάντα άμεσα και ευγενικά, όμως το γεγονός ότι το πρόβλημα επαναλήφθηκε αρκετές φορές ήταν ενοχλητικό.
Επίσης, η σύνδεση Wi-Fi δεν λειτουργούσε πάντα αξιόπιστα. Υπήρχαν στιγμές με αποσυνδέσεις ή χαμηλή απόδοση, κάτι που δυσκόλευε τη χρήση του διαδικτύου.
Το πρωινό ήταν αρκετά βασικό, χωρίς ιδιαίτερη ποικιλία ή κάτι που να ξεχωρίζει.
Τέλος, θεωρώ σημαντική έλλειψη το ότι δεν υπήρχε ψυγείο στο δωμάτιο. Σε μια πόλη όπως η Βαλένθια, όπου οι θερμοκρασίες και η υγρασία είναι πολύ υψηλές, πιστεύω ότι η ύπαρξη ψυγείου για τη διατήρηση κρύου νερού και άλλων ροφημάτων θα έπρεπε να θεωρείται απαραίτητη.

Very satisfied
Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. As someone who usually doesn’t stay below 4 stars, this was nice! New renovation, top floor with the square views. Top tier.
And I need to give a shoutout to the customer service here. They were so kind, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

My only tiff would be the overly strong perfume smell in the lobby, I get that that doesn’t bother most people. The rooms don’t smell that way.

Schönes, zentral gelegenes Stadthotel für Reisende ohne Auto.
Pros:

Tolle Lage; sehr hilfsbereites Personal; gutes Frühstück, viel Leben, Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels, hundefreundlich.

Cons:

Kein Hotelparkplatz; öffentliche Garage sehr eng (für SUV) und teuer und 8 Minuten Fußmarsch mit Koffern bei tropischen Temperaturen ist nicht schön.

The room was very large and the bathroom well appointed.

Cons:

The staff was rude, the tile is slippery and I fell, but when I told him that... They didn't even listen. Asked about coffee, they didn't know where to go... That's what ice, they said they had me then I find out there's a restaurant on the second floor for breakfast... Did they have ice? Well, yes they did. Because I got some the next morning but I wanted some at night when I checked in because I was hot and sweaty and one of the cold drink and the front desk person was too busy chatting with his co-worker and on his phone that he didn't offer me invite and where to get ice conveniently because.. he was so busy being a garbage person. Fire him!
