Centralissimo e con receptionist da 10 e lode
Pros:

Lo staff è molto disponibile, cordiale e accogliente. La posizione è eccellente: centralissima, vicina a qualunque punto di interesse della città e alle stazioni dei mezzi pubblici. Letto matrimoniale molto grande e comodo, aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante e gestibile in autonomia.

Cons:

Le camere non sono tutte belle come si vede sul sito. A noi purtroppo è capitata una camera "vista muro" dell'interno, non arredata in modo originale come ci aspettavamo e con un letto a castello che cigolava ad ogni movimento. La mancanza di uno scopino per pulire il wc dopo l'uso e l'assenza del frigo in camera sono un vero peccato. Ascensori sempre occupati perché sono solo 2, da max 4-6 persone per un hotel di 8 piani.

Pas de lave linge dans l appartement et pas de terrasse privée lié à l appartement comme sur la photo de l appartement et le descriptif, leurs garages s ouvre avec un numéro de téléphone, vous avez plus de réseau ou autres vous êtes bloquer dans le garage ceci est arrivée, je suis rester bloqué 20 minutes dans ce garage

It’s a good place to stay to explore Valencia by foot
Pros:

The staff is super friendly and open to listen and help with my requests. The property is right in the city center. If you want to walk, enjoy the city vibe, have dinner or just enjoy sangria it is a good place to stay in.

Cons:

The only thing that i didn t like was that the cleaning lady came everyday into our room, but she never used vacuum cleaner and mop. We noticed that because my friend’s black hair was still ok the floor (she did her hair before to leave the room).
We spoke at reception and we found out that the new ladys are still learning and they will pay more attention to this.
