Excellent, very friendly staff, great room, great comfy bed, parking allowed even after we checked out which was great because we wanted to walk down Main Street.
Breakfast was a little bland, but it did the trick.
The location was nice and most of the staff were helpful.
The rugs seemed dirty. A staff member was not helpful when we asked a question about where to find the local cruises. The breakfast staff didn't seem real friendly when spoken to.
Spacious room with two comfortable queen beds and balcony. Good breakfast included.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. The rooms have been freshly redone, the appointments are basic but the rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean. The hotel is simple, with few amenities and the property is old, but parking is convenient, location excellent, and wifi worked great. The biggest asset here is the staff: everyone we encountered was wonderful, welcoming, efficient, knowledgeable. I would book again in a heartbeat.

Breakfast was ok.
What an awesome stay! We came here during the annual Lobsterfest. The hotel is only half a mile away from the park with all the events. For the parade, you can literally relax on your balcony to watch all the events unfold. A decent free breakfast is provided each morning along with the city’s local coffee brew. They also have a nice little fire pit out front to relax and have a snack or beer. The entire staff is super friendly and helpful. We couldn’t ask for a better stay. I strongly suggest this hotel if you’re planning to attend the Lobsterfest or if you plan to take a morning ferry (the boat dock is literally across the street) or just plan to explore Rockland and the neighboring towns. We will 100% return to this hotel the next time we are in town.
