Pros:

The well kept hotel was across from the harbor, walking path, and on main street. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast choices covered all areas and was served in a spacious area where the attendants kept it well stocked.

Pros:

Loved this hotel. Basic but had everything you’d want. Great location too & staff were lovely.

Hotel convenient for ferry terminal but I wouldn’t visit Rockland otherwise
Pros:

Comfortable modern room

Cons:

Rockland was disappointing with very little to see or do. Breakfast served on disposable plates with plastic cutlery.

The staff needs to care a little more….
Pros:

Room was adequate….but honestly wouldn’t book it again

Cons:

Door to our room wasn’t in good repair….it had to be slammed hard or you could just push on it and it would open without a key.

We had 3 rooms….not only weren’t rooms near each other (and we requested they be close when we reserved months in advance), but all had connecting doors to other people. When asked if we could change to a room where we could connect to another of our rooms, they said they didn’t have any with both sides of a connection empty. So why spread people out and ‘use up’ all possible connecting rooms (or even adjacent rooms without a connection) when you know you have parties with multiple rooms checking in. I didn’t really get annoyed about the spread out until I realized we all had connecting doors to strangers rooms.

Breakfast was out of many things. Even with more than an hour until it was supposed to end, they were out of yogurt, bread (?!), bananas….

Pros:

Outside area was beautiful and well done. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evening.

Cons:

No shampoo or conditioner and no staff in the evening and over of you did need something. The inside was like quick flip. They just fell short of a really nice hotel. Could be nice, just spend a little more attention to detail in the rooms and stock them better.
