It’s suitable for the value of money , the breakfast is reasonable and the gentleman who takes care of the breakfast is an exceptional very helpful and doing his job in a professional manner

Le réceptionniste Taha sympa.

L'équipement vétuste.

عزل الصوت في الغرف جدا سيئة، وموظف الاستقبال في الصباح غير متعاون نهائيا واسلوبه غير لائق بموظف نهائيا، الحمام لا يوجد فيه شطاف ، وفتحت تصريف الماء مسدوده منا ادى الى تسريب الماء الى الغرفة

Overall a great stay at the Seven Hotel. Quite and peaceful 😊
Pros:

The front desk personnel, especially Mohcine, are courteous and professional.
The buffet attendees are friendly and accommodating. The cleaning staff are respectful.

Pros:

Le matelas est confortable. 🛏️

Cons:

Je n’ai pas apprécié l’accueil du monsieur à la réception, son comportement n’était pas professionnel et il raccroche au téléphone.

La douche fuit de partout et l’eau goutte en continu. Le petit-déjeuner n’était pas bon et le service avec la femme était également décevant.

Enfin, la climatisation fonctionne mal : elle s’allume et s’arrête régulièrement.

Malgré le fait que le matelas soit confortable, l’expérience globale n’était pas satisfaisante.
