Pros:

Excellent location and one of my preferred places to stay in Bangkok. The area is lively and convenient, with a 7-Eleven nearby, lots of cafés, restaurants and easy access to transport. The rooms are compact but comfortable and everything you need is within walking distance.

Nice quiet restful stay
Pros:

Second time staying here. Great place to get good night sleep and recover. Tucked away from the street so it’s quiet. Staff is nice. No partying or noise here which is good.
