Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht, deren Kosten vollständig von unserer Firma übernommen und bezahlt wurden. Meine Kollegen sind einen Tag früher abgereist, weshalb ich um eine separate Rechnung für ihr Zimmer gebeten habe. Trotz meiner wiederholten Bitte hat das Hotel jedoch keine Rechnung ausgestellt. Als Begründung wurde angegeben, dass eine Rechnung nur beim Check-out hätte ausgestellt werden können und dies nachträglich – bereits am folgenden Tag – nicht mehr möglich sei.

عدم توافر جيم رياضي بالمكان
عدم تجهيز الغرف بالكاتيل الكهربائي وايضا الشاي والقهوه والسكر
عدم توافر مكواه ملابس
عدم توافر واي فاي بالغرف لتقوية الشبكه
اسعار المساج مرتفعه جدا جدا جدا
كان الفطار غير متجدد وكان يفتقر للتنوع اليومي

Lage gut, Rest sehr verbesserungsfähig!
Pros:

Super Lage. Personal war sehr hilfsbereit! Leider ist das Hotel schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück war Katastrophe und sehr verbesserungsfähig!

Cons:

Zimmer waren sehr müffelig, Frühstück war nicht wie angegeben und auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Bilder bei Booking sind sehr veraltet und auch nicht up to date!

Хотелът е чист. Персоналът е учтив.

Cons:

Храната не ми хареса. За 4 ти път посещавам хотела и закуската е една и съща всеки ден. Няма нужното разнообразие за хотел с 4 звезди.
