Overall great value for money. Khaled and Ibrahim at the reception were helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet used to be nice but for some reason, they have discontinued it. The one thing which needs improvement is the Shower Area in the washroom of Junior Suite; water drainage and no shower area separation

it was an enjoyable stay
Pros:

The hotel is very neat and clean, located in a posh locality. The staff was extremely cooperative. I asked them to change my room and they responded quickly and changed my room. I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this hotel.

Cons:

The breakfast was served in the room. This becomes difficult. The breakfast should be served in the restaurant. The guests will enjoy a lot if served in restaurant.
