It was nice and confortable stay
Pros:

Khalid at the reception was very helpful. He clarified all confusion during check-in, ensured a smooth process, and provided a complimentary room upgrade.

Cons:

Breakfast was not served in restaurant it was served at room service with limited selection . Ac initially was not cooling well I have to play with the controller a bit to make it working and tool long time more than an hour to get the room temperature to come down ..

Exceptional stay with outstanding service, comfort, and a perfect location in Riyadh.
Pros:

Excellent hotel with very professional and welcoming staff. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The location is very convenient in Riyadh, with easy access to key areas. Breakfast was very good and the service throughout the stay was exceptional.

Cons:

Honestly, very little to complain about. The overall experience was excellent. Minor improvements could perhaps be made to WiFi speed during peak hours, but it did not significantly affect the stay.

سرعة اجراءات الدخول والخروج , فريق العمل رائع ومحترم . تلبية الطلبات في الغرف المتجاورة , احضار الفطور للغرف وعلى عدد الأفراد وبشكل سريع ,وجود سوبرماركت لولو قريبة وداخل مول مصغر , وقرب محطة المترو

لايوجد حاجز في الشاور بالحمام مما يسبب تجمع المياه وفيضانها خارج الحمام , الفندق بعيد عن الأماكن السياحية والمولات
