Я не первый раз в этом отеле останавливаюсь,все отлично, место расположения,рядом все есть,все в доступности,шикарный вид с окна,классный бассейн итд

Я забронировала люкс в этот раз,ожидала лучшего,но стандартный и до номера оказалось лучше чем люкс,вид с окна портил балкон грязный,как будто заброшенное,сетки какие то висели зелёные,в душевой грязно,на полу какая то доска непонятная,как будто все старое и в номере не очень комфортно и уютно было,как будто все 100летнее.Одним словом разочаровались в этот раз люкс номер не стоит своих денег

Hizmet temizlik çok abartılacak kadar, değil ancak idare ediyor. Alttaki lokantası güzeldi. Yemekleri lezzetli.

Cons:

Türkiyedeki 3 yildizli otel seviyesinde. Odada sadece diş fırcası ve terlik var. Baska da bir sey yoktur. Demilik yoktur, cay yoktur. Tabak, catal’ kalık yoktur. Genel temizlik fena değil. 20.000 Tenge depozito kesilmesini anlamadım. Kahvaltısı çok iyi değil. Bes yıldızlı otel ayarında değildi.

стаф очень вежливый, готовые всегда помочь.

Cons:

Эта гостиница по состоянию тянет на 3 звезды, ну уж точно не 4. Состояние гостиницы в очень плохом состояний. Мебель, двери потертые, расцарапанные, очень устаревшая мебель. Хотя в целом чисто.
