Рекмендую провести разъяснительную работу с персоналом, чтобы были более приветливее и вежливее. Смысла нет вида на горы

Номер большой чистый с видом на горы

Cons:

Грязные окна, не дают наслаждаться видом гор, ассортимент и качество еды на завтраке, персонал в столовой не приветствует, все ходят и серьезные грустные.

Старая гостиница. Требуется ремонт капитальный. Запах сигареты. Расположение место для курение рядом с лифтом плохая идея.

Pros:

Хорошее месторасположение, большие номера, чистое постельное белье, красивый холл. При выезде раньше на сутки- вернули и депозит, и сутки пребывания! Это в зачет отелю!!!

Cons:

Очень старый потрепаный номерной фонд, мебель и двери как-будто грызли, очень скромный завтрак с учетом того, что в 7 утра (начало завтрака!) Еда холодная, помещении сесть уже было некуда, китайцы заполонили все, посуды не хватает, официанты еле ходят. Да и комнату приема пищи назвать рестораном нельзя, просто забегаловка. В отеле берут депозит, о котором сообщают только на стойке ресепшена, и, самое странное, в титул номера вложена информация о штрафах на русском, английском языках. Для 4*- это нонсенс!!! Чайника и набора для чая, кофе нет, в шкафу одна! вешалка, дополнительно повесить верхнюю одежду, поставить обувь негде. Полотенцесушителя нет, вещи влажные. Поскольку останавливались в Алматы неоднократно- это самый слабый вариант, гостинице нужен хороший хозяин.

Неоправданно высокая цена
Pros:

Отзывчивый персонал. Удобная кровать.

Cons:

Слышимость феноменальная. Слышны просто разговоры из соседнего номера. Мебель вся пошарпанная, битая и местами ломаная. Холодный завтрак.

Pros:

Понравилось расположение, завтраки хорошие, номера чистые.

Cons:

В номере в ванной сильный запах канализации. В период пребывания в отеле была авария и отсутствовала холодная вода, ни в туалет сходить, ни душ принять.
