Bien mais un peu défraîchi
Pros:

La situation à pieds du centre de Santillana del Mar et 10 min en voiture de la grotte d ´Altamira. Le calme. La montée d escaliers absolument superbe.

Cons:

La chambre est assez sommaire, les équipements sont un peu datés (salle de bain, piscine)

Personal fantástico, hotel cercano al centro, desayuno variado
Pros:

La calidez del personal, la cercanía al centro de Santillana y el parking gratuito.

Cons:

Por desgracia la buhardilla estaba hirviendo con estos días de calor, y sin aire acondicionado. Pusieron un ventilador que no hacía mucho si no abrías las ventanas (mosquitos y luz de amanecer entraban)

Great place to stay for a night in an amazing town
Pros:

Lovely town, great location easy 5 min walk to centre. But still in quiet location. Hotel a bit dated, but adds to the character. Clean. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Facilities a bit dated. And bed lining could do with modernisation. TV's old too.

La situacion muy centrica pero mas privado y tranquilo.
El parking con muchas plazas.
La buena atencion y el servicio de limpieza.

Cons:

Por ponerle un pero las almohadas tendrian que ser mas confortables.
El calor que aunque nos dieron un ventilador este año era insuficiente.

Belle bâtisse, emplacement parfait, confort un peu rustique
Pros:

Emplacement idéal, dix minutes à pied maximum de la vieille ville mais dans la campagne au calme, de plus, idéal pour se garer (d'ailleurs, on est même allés ensuite voir la grotte d'Altamira en laissant la voiture garée à l'hôtel, c'est un peu loin mais tout à fait faisable, 30/40 minutes à pied, il y a un chemin qui évite la grande route). L'hôtel est une très belle bâtisse ancienne avec un espace piscine agréable.

Cons:

La chambre était assez petite et déprimante avant qu'on ouvre la porte-fenêtre qui donnait sur une belle terrasse, ce qui changeait tout - mais je ne sais pas si toutes les chambres ont des terrasses.
Confort un peu rudimentaire : pas de café/thé dans les chambres, climatisation ou ventilateur très bruyants, petit déjeuner vraiment basique.
