Decepción total: Bañera inexistente y trato humillante por parte de la propietaria

Reservé esta habitación específicamente porque el anuncio destacaba que disponía de bañera. Escribí al hotel con anticipación para confirmar este detalle, pero nunca recibí respuesta. Al llegar, descubrí que la bañera no existía.
Cuando bajé a comentar el error con la dueña, la situación se convirtió en algo realmente desagradable. Desde el primer momento me trató con desprecio, no me dejó explicar la situación y me habló con una superioridad y condescendencia inaceptables. Mi pareja y yo llevábamos 10 días acampando en la montaña —una experiencia que disfrutamos enormemente— y ella había entendido que la bañera nos serviría para lavar nuestra ropa de camping, cuando en realidad lo que queríamos era relajarnos. La dueña pareció juzgarnos por nuestro aspecto, como si estar con ropa de montaña y no ir impolutos fuera algo vergonzoso, cuando en realidad veníamos de disfrutar la naturaleza.
La conversación escaló rápidamente: empezó a gritar que era ella quien no nos quería en su establecimiento, me pidió que cancelara la reserva y llamó a su marido quien me devolvió el dinero. Obviamente no cancelé, porque un trato así no puede quedar sin registro.
En ningún momento hubo una disculpa por anunciar un servicio que no existe, ni un ápice de respeto hacia nosotros. Nunca me había sentido tan despreciada en un establecimiento comercial. Entiendo que todos podemos tener un mal día, pero esto fue más que eso: fue una falta de profesionalidad total y un comportamiento que no tiene cabida en la hostelería (ni en ningún lugar).
Si anuncias una bañera, debes tenerla. Y si cometes un error, lo mínimo es escuchar al cliente y ofrecer una solución, no humillarlo.

Accueil.buffet exceptionnel Propreté des lieux. Charme de l'etablissement. Petit balcon donnant sur la rue.attention: 2 entrées,l'une en bas et l'autre en haut donnant sur l'autre rue. Pas d'asc et si vous êtes en haut, top la 2eme entrée. Beaucoup de restaurants à proximité. Proche du site et du musée à pied.15mn env.

Cons:

Lit à matelas ressort,mon dos n'aime pas trop😒. Tres petit bac à douche.; difficile de ne pas mettre de l'eau partout Clim "faiblarde" et il commençait à faire etouffant debut juin.

Nice place to stay and close to Apollon sanctuary
Pros:

Proximity with the archeological site of Delphis. Staff was really kind. One of the best breakfast I have ever seen.

Cons:

A little challenge to find a place to park next to the hotel, due to the smallness of the city and streets

Nice for overnight stay
Pros:

Great location. Clean room and friendly staff. The breakfast was really good with great selection of food and drinks. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and walking distance to the archeological site and museum.

Cons:

The bed was really hard. There is no parking at the hotel but parking on the street is free. If it’s busy it may be a bit of a walk to the hotel.
