The beds were comfortable and clean
When I booked, I paid extra for a sea view, double room. When I got there they tried to give me a room with 3 single beds pushed up against the wall.
I went back to reception to let them know, and they had no other front line rooms left that were double, so they offered me an apartment in the old town. When I asked for a refund for the extra paid for the front line room, I was told that the apartment was more expensive, although it wasnt my choice so no.
When we arrived at the apartment it was very basically equipped, not that we were going to use the kitchen anyway, but there were hairs and food in the drawers and it was extremely basic
The bathroom wasnt clean, hairs everywhere and fingerprints all on the wall.
We were so looking forward to staying, and we were so dissapointed

The view from the room and direct access to both beach and old town
Very basic, no safe, door didn’t lock and the shower room had build up of limes scale
The staff were excellent & the position of the hotel perfect one star is an underestimation
Room with a beach view. Staff was helpful on check-in and provided directions to free parking option.
The room could have been a little bigger but did it's job for the two day stay

Air-conditioning didnt really work was to hot to sleep... could hear other guests till gone 4am walking around talking phones going off ect became unbearable

La ubicacion y el personal. Tuvimos un problema con el parking que nos solucionaron al irnos
Carisimo para las prestaciones que tiene. Habitaciones muy pequeñas, sin terraza. Camas pequeñas e incomodas. No limpian todos los dias si no se lo pides y tampoco te cambian las toallas, teniendo en cuenta el tamaño de la habitación y la humedad, deberian cambiarlas todos los dias sin preguntar. Escaleras sucias…No repetiria sin duda

La faiblesse des équipements et le fait que la chambre n'a pas été faite pendant 2 jours
Lo único que tenía bueno era el aire acondicionado.
Bastante mal todo.
La puerta se quedaba pillada muchas veces al intentar entrar y salir.
La ducha solo salía agua hirviendo, no había punto intermedio.
Pone que tiene parking, pero nos dijeron que estaba todo lleno, vamos, dudo hasta que tengan plazas disponibles pero lo pondrán para llamar la atención así que nos tocó buscar sitio lejos.
Pusimos el cartel de limpiar 1 día y no limpiaron la habitación hasta el día siguiente.
Una de las recepcionistas de deja la sonrisa y la amabilidad en casa.
Y lo más importante, la habitación decepciona mucho comparado con las fotos, no tiene nada que ver, parece un hotel de hace 50 años.
Unas vistas a la parte de atrás a un callejón sin más.
