Fiz a reserva com mais de dois meses de antecedência e mesmo assim fui informado no checkin que o tipo de quarto que eu reservei não estava mais disponível porque “reservaram em excesso”. A cama do quarto extremamente desconfortável e toalhas de banho estilo lixa. Péssimo.
