perfect location to go to the circuit of Navarra; front office very helpful, easy going, very friendly
room & bath room clean, all you need is there
dinner at the restaurant: very good price-value ratio

Cons:

we would have liked to have a coffee & pastry in the morning (coffee excellent) but too many people and only 1 lady in charge - long waiting time, a second collegue would be helpful

The staff were fabulous. Could not be more helpful. All were pleasant and attentive.
Pros:

It was convenient for the Camino as we did not want to walk further that day.
Although not enroute they come to collect you.

Pros:

Nos recogió un chico en la furgoneta del hotel cuando íbamos andando (haciendo el Camino de Santiago), un trato excelente, da gustó encontrar a gente así.
El personal del bar muy agradable también

Comfortable, clean room a bit far from center of town
Pros:

Much appreciated air conditioning in a very hot week! The room was comfortable, quiet and as described.

Cons:

It was 2 km away from the center of Los Arcos however the staff drove us to the start of the Camino in Los Arcos. If you just want a comfortable bed and do not want to visit the town, it is a good choice.

la amabilidad de los empleados. El servicio de recogerte en la plaza del pueblo. La disponibilidad en todo.

Cons:

El ascensor. Es de huella, y si no te la toma, no te abre el ascensor. Siempre tuve que acudir a un empleado para el ascensor.
