Pros:

Les explications d'arrivée étaient très claires et nous ont été fournies assez tôt.
Le personnel de l'hôtel est extrêmement sympathique et chaleureux.
L'hôtel est très propre, bien situé (proche centre ville a pied et des places de parking sont facilement trouvables autour (mois de mai)). La décoration est très soignée avec des plantes, on se sent tout de suite bien.
La chambre est bien dévorée aussi, literie confortable, penderie et rangement pratiques, salle de bain petite mais fonctionnelle. Eau chaude sans attente très agréable. Clim dispo ainsi que ventilateur plafonnier agréable.
Petit déjeuner complet avec salé (charcuterie, fromage, oeufs, pan can tomate), yaourt, fruits, oléagineux, agréments pour le yaourt, pâtisseries locales avec confitures et pâte a tartiner, jus de fruits et boissons chaudes à volonté. Personnel du petit déjeuner très agréable et au soin pour les clients.
Bernabet nous a donné des recommandations pour se balader, où de garer, selon le vent etc.
Des glacières, parasols et frigo individuels sécurisés sont disponibles en prêt.
Parfait pour un séjour en couple. Nous recommandons fortement.

Cons:

Rien à signaler, idée d'amélioration : un savon est disponible dans la douche, peut être ajouter un shampoing ?

La gestione familiare garantisce un tocco più personale alla permanenza.

Gestione familiare: Bernardo e tutto il suo staff sorridenti e calorosi. Ci sono stati forniti consigli preziosi sulle migliori spiagge della zona, anche in base ai venti che abbiamo capito sono determinanti per la scelta. Ci sono stati messi a disposizione gratuitamente ombrelloni e borse termiche per la spiaggia, molto apprezzati.
Posizione: A pochi passi dal centro di Ciutadella e da un comodo parcheggio, facile accesso poi alle vie di comunicazione principali.
Colazione: Varia con prodotti di qualità.
Camera: Di dimensioni contenute ma ben organizzata. Cuscini e materasso confortevoli.

Cons:

L'interno dell'albergo era molto tranquillo, a finestre aperte in certe ore poteva dare un po' fastidio il rumore della strada ma noi abbiamo sempre dormito bene.
Il lavandino del bagno era più che altro un lavamani.
Questi dettagli comunque non ci impedirebbero di tornare, complessivamente ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Pros:

Super hôtel, des chambres spacieuses décorées avec goût, literie très confortable, accueil très très agréable, de grands sourires tout le temps et de bons conseils. L’hôtel est à deux pas du centre ville, idéalement situé.
C’est vraiment une super adresse où nous reviendrons assurément pour continuer à explorer cette île magnifique.

Nous avons apprécié le confort de la literie, la décoration de l'hôtel et l'emplacement idéal. Nous avons été très bien reçu et avons eu beaucoup de bons conseils

Nous avons trouvé que le petit-déjeuner continental à 16 € était très limite au niveau des quantités et du choix de plus, la plage horaire est très courte de 8h à 9h30 lorsque nous sommes en vacances cela nous paraissait un peu tôt. Un tout petit bémol, l'aspirateur a dû être passé autour des tapis et aucunement dessous.

Sin duda, uno de los aspectos más destacables fue la hospitalidad del recepcionista
Bernardo, siempre atento, amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento, lo que hizo la estancia mucho más agradable y cercana.

La ubicación del hotel es otro gran punto a favor, ya que permite moverse con facilidad y acceder rápidamente a diferentes puntos de interés de la zona, lo cual resulta muy cómodo tanto para turismo como para viajes de trabajo.
