Pros:

La posizione è ottima, a circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana e dei treni. L'hotel ha un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. La camera era confortevole e abbastanza pulita, i letti erano comodi, anche se un po' rumorosi. Il personale è stato professionale e disponibile.

Cons:

Per lasciare i bagagli prima del check-in e dopo il check-out ho dovuto pagare 5 sterline (10 in totale).

Disappointing
Pros:

Nice bed

Cons:

Scammed to give £50 deposit on arrival,said is automatically refunded at midnight after you check out which is out of order, it’s the following day and I haven’t been refunded, staff rude, not recommending this hotel to anyone, no lift and four floors high

Small bed, but really nice location
Pros:

The hotels location was great and the receiptionists were helpful. We got a second blanket and a lot of research help with specific questions. The bathroom was clean and had a nice size.

Cons:

The room was downstairs and it had no view at all. The bed was really small, even though it was booked for two people. The room was a little shabby and the sink in the bathroom really small.

Location is good. Easy to get around other places.

Cons:

- our room is on the 4th floor, so its a bit of an effort going up, some steep stairs
- the kettle has a really short wire, you need to hold the kettle if you will use it which is dangerous.

Pros:

La posizione vicina a due linee di metropolitana, a Hyde Park ed a negozi, pub, e ristoranti in un bel quartiere.
L'accogliente sala per la prima colazione nella quale non c'era mai tanta gente.

Cons:

L'albergo non ha l'ascensore. L'offerta molto limitata per la prima colazione e in particolare la macchina per l'acqua scomodissima. Per fare scorrere l'acqua (che usciva quasi a gocciole), bisognava inchinarsi (quasi inginocchiarsi) e tenere la tazza premuta contro una leva mentre si premeva un bottone.

Hotel mal dobrú lokalitu , len veľkou vadou je že upozornenie že tam nieje výťah nieje výrazne uvedené až v podrobnom popise čo je neskoro. Som osoba z obmedzenou pohyblivostou a izba na 4 poschodí zo schodmi je veľký problém. Veľká vďaka a pochvala recepcnemu Belarimu ktorý bol mimoriadne ochotný a veľmi nám pomohol.
Raňajky v cene boli podpriemerné na štandard takéhoto hotela.

Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Lage ist super.

Cons:

Zimmer sind sehr klein. Das Doppelzimmer für mich zur Einzelnutzung hat gepasst. Für zwei Personen ist sowohl das Zimmer als auch das Bett zu klein.
