Przyjemny hotel w cudnej miejscowości
Pros:

Przyjemny hotel w świetnej lokalizacji, dosłownie kilka kroków od jeziora, posiada basen i strefę spa, gdzie można skorzystać z sauny lub poćwiczyć. Śniadanie bardzo dobre, wybór potraw może nie był zbyt duży, ale wszystko było świeże i smaczne. W hotelu jest restauracja. Wygodny parking naprzeciw hotelu.

Cons:

Internet w pokoju był dość słaby, drzwi do łazienki sa przezroczyste, co dla niektórych może być uciążliwe, poza tym wszystko super.

Pros:

Den Stroblerhof können wir absolut empfehlen. Die Mitarbeiter sind ausgesprochen freundlich, die Zimmer sehr sauber und es gibt eine schöne Terrasse. Das Frühstücksbuffet mit viel frischem Obst ist top.

Fine but not excellent. A hotel’s first duty is provide a good night’s sleep. That did not happen.
Pros:

Lovely town & friendly staff

Cons:

Room 101 above noisy lobby entrance where people smoked and talked super loud. No AC so windows had to be opened. Woken up early every morning of stay. Hotel closer to 3* in room facilities.

Pros:

Der Ort, die Lage und alles was die Umgebung zu bieten hatte.

Cons:

Meine 11 jährige Tochter und ich waren in der Zeit von 03.09 - 05.09.2026 für 376,50€ inklusive Frühstück.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend aber etwas überschaubar gerichtet.
Das Zimmer sauber aber ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen.
Keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher wechsel. Das Wasser beim Duschen war schwer einzustellen zwischen warm und kalt.
Minibar ohne Getränke.......

Appartement Nr. 401 | Aufenthalt: 29.08.2026 – 02.09.2026

Wir haben uns aufgrund der Beschreibung für diese „Comfort Suite“ entschieden und wurden leider auf ganzer Linie enttäuscht. Für den verlangten Preis ist der Zustand und Standard des Appartements aus unserer Sicht völlig unzureichend.

🛎️ Rezeption / Gästekarte
Die Gästekarte wurde uns erst auf Nachfrage ausgestellt. Am Rande Anmerkung: Die sogenannte Sommerkarte für diese Region ist ohnehin eher enttäuschend da nur geringfügige Reduktion für Liftfahrten, Mautstraße, Sehenswürdigkeiten aber das liegt nicht am Hotel.

Besonders enttäuschend war allerdings der Umgang mit unseren Beschwerden: Bereits am ersten Tag wurde vereinbart, dass wir unsere Anliegen mit der Chefin besprechen können, welche zu diesem Zeitpunkt kurz verhindert war. Am dritten Tag wurde  uns zugesagt, dass der Chef uns entgegenkommen werde. Zu keinem der beiden vereinbarten Gespräche kam es. Für uns vermittelt das leider ein deutliches Gefühl von Desinteresse am Gast.

🚪 Eingangsbereich / Nebengebäude
Schon der erste Eindruck war alles andere als einladend. Direkt vor dem Zugang zu den Appartements stand ein Anhänger mit zahlreichen Leergutflaschen, ab der Hazsmauer zum Eingang überall Spinnweben. Außerdem lag Schmutzwäsche im gesamten Gang verteilt.
Die Fenster im Eingangsbereich waren stark verschmutzt. Obwohl sie durch einen Dachvorsprung geschützt sind, dürften diese schon sehr lange nicht mehr gereinigt worden sein. Entsprechend waren auch sämtliche Jalousien geschlossen, was den ohnehin wenig einladenden Eindruck noch verstärkte.

🛋️ Wohnbereich
Das Appartement selbst ist deutlich abgewohnt und lieblos eingerichtet. Die Sofas waren in einem Zustand, in dem wir uns kurzerhand unsere Bettdecken darauf gelegt haben, um überhaupt angenehm darauf sitzen zu können.
Möbel, Lampen und die gesamte Ausstattung wirken minderwertig und keinesfalls wie eine Comfort Suite.

Beautiful little town with a central, well kept, traditional looking hotel
Pros:

Breakfast full marks, very varied with options for a cooked breakfast, salmon, cheeses, meats, fruits, bread, yoghurts and pastries. Good drinks options all self service but lots of choice and quality produce.
The hotel was well kept and very clean. The cleaning staff were friendly and very respectful.
Great jetty onto the lake for relaxing on sunbeds or having a drink in Billies Bar.
Location was great for access to the lake and local walks.
Hotel restaurant and lounge area was nicely furnished.

Cons:

The double room, although updated was a lot smaller than it looked online and it felt somewhat cramped.
Although there was a useful fridge, there was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room and when I asked for a kettle I was told that I would "100% receive a kettle by the next day" and then this was never provided.
There were only small disposable plastic cups in the room, glasses would have been a lot nicer.
On Booking.com it states there is a coffee shop and minimarket on site. There is NO coffee shop or minimarket. There are instead a few vending machines selling drinks and snacks.
The room was very hot and there was no air conditioning so we slept with the balcony door open.
As the location was central, the nearby church bells used to ring from very early in the morning.
Restaurant was tex mex themed and it would have been nice to have some local specialities to enjoy.
