Pros:

Staff were all really helpful and friendly. Food in restaurant very good and great value. Breakfast excellent

Cons:

Nothing nearby, need a car. My room was clean but my Sister's room was dusty with cobwebs ( twin disabled room) 😬

Recommend The Gilvenbank Hotel
Pros:

All staff were excellent I forgot my phone charger they loaned me managers charger very accommodating
Food amazing including the full Scottish Breakfast
Also tried steak pie evening meal was delicious
All Bar staff were so friendly especially Demetri
Bedrooms spacious spotless clean n Beds so comfy
We chose Hotel to meet up with our family in Scotland they made them all welcome n even sorted us tables so we could all sit together
Definitely making this a yearly meet at The Gilvenbank Hotel

Great place to stay, friendly relaxed atmosphere
Pros:

Great breakfast, nice clean rooms, staff were amazing and good fun. Very helpful when we arrived on motorbikes soaking wet and again helped when one of our team had a puncture

Pros:

Great value. Staff were very attentive good bar and restaurant. Perfect stop over location for the function we were attending. Rooms were clean and modern. Best was that they are fully set up for gluten free guest. A great seperate restaurant menu and breakfast .

Great location, friendly staff, tasty food.

Cons:

I know it's not really in their control but some of the noise from the guests was a bit much. We had noise near us past 1am and again around 7am. It would be great if they could put up signs like at the Premier Inn asking for quiet.
