Please note that, while the property has a elevator to all floors, some rooms still require to go up and down stairs once out of the elevator. Please contact the hotel directly if you require a room by the elevator.
Renovations: Please be aware from the 29th May 2023 the Hotel will undergoing Maintenance work and decorating on the exterior the building. This may cause disruption to views as well as some understandable noise during the preparation stages.

It is unfair to judge it really, , as it said in your website before I booked it was undergoing substantial works and upgrades . I suspect (hope) my room was still to be done . I did not eat or drink there as i was looked after elswhere.
Beautiful location right on the beach
Apon arrival there was a problem with check-in because the person in the room we were booked into was still in there. After talking to reception and apon realising the problem she then approached her manager who went above and beyond to rectify the situation and while we were waiting which wasn't long were given complimentary drinks and food. Can't thank the manager and his team enough and will definitely return in the future. Also would like to thank the team on getting the room cleaned and sorted so quickly and couldn't fault the room which was room 202. King regards Caroline cannell and Owen Townsend
The location, overlooking the sea, is wonderful. The Hotel bar and dining area leads directly onto the promenade - not a car in sight, just the beach and the sea.
The staff are pleasant and helpful.
Although every thing works, the Hotel fittings are a bit tired.

Shower good but very hard water.
Dark & maze of steps/corridors to room. Weird double blinds in room. Iron burn on carpet.

access to our room, I asked for ground floor as one of us has a disability, we were put on the first floor, used the elevator then up six steps along a corridor and down another 3 or 4 steps, not easy access... not disable friendly.
Position of the restaurant and decking overlooking the sea
Colour of the paint outside & inside.
Not enough lighting on stairway going towards room 216, light coming on too late making it dangerous.
