Please note that, while the property has a elevator to all floors, some rooms still require to go up and down stairs once out of the elevator. Please contact the hotel directly if you require a room by the elevator.
Renovations: Please be aware from the 29th May 2023 the Hotel will undergoing Maintenance work and decorating on the exterior the building. This may cause disruption to views as well as some understandable noise during the preparation stages.

Our stay at the Best Western was really good. A sea view room....which was nice. The bed was clean and comfortable in fact we both slept like logs.
The staff were all friendly & helpful .
The breakfast was good, pastries, fruit or cooked or whatever you wanted in between...very good.
My only complaint was parking, we arrived later in the day, the car park was full and it took quite a while to find somewhere to park but apart from that a good stay.

How hotel and day visitor were in different places.
The hire was clean and the outdoor area with great views and the staff were extremely helpful
The only criticism I have is that I asked for a room close to lift due to my being on crutches but was given the furthest one

Gloomy. Needed some more lights around the reception area. (Could hardly see what I was signing) Someone clever thought it was a nice idea to paint all the corridors and stairs muddy grey. Depressing.
I expected some steps between levels but wasn't amused (bit slower nowadays) when the motion light each time went off before finishing stairs.
Just had the worst most disgusting bacon roll I think I have ever eaten. There was hardly any butter on the base of the roll. None on the top. The bacon had a tang to it and the roll was so dry it stuck to the roof of your mouth. Very disappointing.
A very nice stay loved the beach front and the food was good we had lunch and breakfast i think the bed needs renewing as very uncomfatable and the pillows but all in all a nice couple of days

By no means a luxury hotel, but sensibly priced and our room was completely satisfactory and the bathroom of a good size.
They served a decent pint!
Notwithstanding a substantial overhaul, the appearance is still somewhat dated.
