Affordable, close to Heathrow (only 3 stops on the bus and stops right outside), neat and clean, comfy beds. The staff I came across were friendly. Is all you want for an overnighter.

Very positive that bus stop is right outside the hotel and you can catch the bus to Airport 24/7

The room was good. We didn;t have the breakfast, but the dinner we had the night before was very good.
We took a taxi to airport but at GBP32. and thought it was expensive when the hotel staff member thought it would be about GBP 22.
Maybe a shuttle bus service would be helpful
Right outside of a bus stop that you get from the airport, the rooms are of good size, clean, staff are friendly, breakfast was good and unlimited for the price of £14 per person with a great selection of choice
Although the staff were nice, both times we stayed we had incredibly rude and loud people in the shared restaurant and bar space (other guests) that were on loud speaker for our entire meal, and not once were they asked to be quiet or consider other guests.
No fridge in the room so bottles of water provided were room temp which I don’t enjoy
I really dislike all in one shampoo, body wash, conditioners as they are cheap and not good
We returned from Japan to a heat wave and the air con doesn’t go any lower than 19 so we were still hot in the room

Limited food choices from the restaurant. There’s no other restaurant around this area.
Eaay to get to & from airport Good sized clean comfortable room
After my last stay 3 years ago. The beds are still too hard and uncomfortable. I have OA and require a medium to firm mattress, not a slab of concrete.
