Clean, comfortable, convenient to airport, good value
The location is great and friendly staff in the restaurant. Great hotel for one night when you go to Heathrow.
Bed was not very comfortable.
Shower riser rail was loose
Great breakfast, comfortable bed, helpful staff. We ate several meals in the hotel restaurant and the lady who looked after our food orders was great! We also liked that this hotel has a large luggage storage room and were able to store our bicycles in it for our last two days of our trip when we were exploring London. Another favourite of ours was the drink dispensing machine for tea, coffee, hot water, hot chocolate etc that is left on all day.
Great location, close to airpprt, parking on site reasonable cost. Room adequately sized.

The room ans facilities weren’t as expected
Excellent hotel, great location, easy bus ride from Heathrow. From T5 take the 423 bus to Nene Rd stop, right next to hotel.
Also buses go to Heathrow Central for T2/T3.

Very convenient if you’re planning to do a 24 hour to 48 hour layover in London. It’s right by the airport but still about 40 to 60 minutes into central London by taking the tube. Bus stops are easily accessible about a one minute walk when you step out of the hotel.
Cleanliness 7/10, but the bed was comfortable. I would still return if coming back to Heathrow for a few days visit.
The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. Exactly what you want from an airport hotel.
The location. It looks like it's close to Heathrow but the only way to get there from Terminal 2 is by taxi or bus because there's a tunnel that's vehicle only. The hotel taxi cost us £20.50 for about a 5 minute journey. You would be better off paying £40 more elsewhere and foregoing the taxi journey.
Plenty space to open my case, not used up by useless drawers and cupboards that I didn’t need for an overnight airport stay.
It was just what we were looking for, can’t fault it.
