Close proximity to airport. Helpful staff. Restaurant on site. Confusion on internet re whether there is a shuttle to airport or not (there is but regular low cost public transport from opposite hotel).
It was a bit chilly in room due to air con which we couldn’t seem to adjust. Also couldn’t turn off light in bathroom. Where was switch?
Lovely room and staff. Did served until 10.30 was very nice. Just a bit c surprised it was a fair distance from Heathrow. 15 minutes on a bus. But once you know that it's great
This place is just… weird. The reception doubles as a bar and copy center. There is an obscure comedy photo of a giraffe in the bathroom and a huge skydiving couple on a supposed first date over the bed. The room is tiny. The restaurant is a bare bones canteen. The staff is indifferent at best, and grumpy at worst. Felt like no one wanted to be there, which was understandable. The exterior is unsightly. Sadly, nothing to recommend.

Overpriced for the 1 night, shower leaked out of the bottom of the shower head, no handle on the inside of the shower was broken, the bed wasn't clean and had stains underneath the covers
