Lovely friendly staff. Room was small but very clean.
No real criticisms
Lovely hotel in an old building. Pleasant staff and nice evening food in restaurant and a great breakfast
It was all good!
Very large nice room, breakfast, parking and staff
Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht dort. Alles war sauber und gepflegt.
Badezimmer ist neueren Datums.
Freundliches Personal.
Genügend Parkplätze
Location close to Falls of Lara and Oban for catching an early ferry. ferry
Not getting our rooms muddled. Unfortunately we were given the wrong room keys. This was sorted but meant one of us had to repack inorder to move.
Magnifique chateau dans un cadre romantique près d'un plan d'eau. Service irréprochable avec un bar et un restaurant dans une ambiance cosy et traditionnelle. A recommander !
Dommage que le feu de la cheminée était éteint ce jour là : ca aurait été le top !
Staff friendly.
Breakfast arrangements. Having to book a time. Tables too close. Horrible atmosphere. Rather basic Scottish breakfast. No dinner menu in room info pack. Room was rather basic. Pillows were too soft and no alternative.
Spacious rooms, clean and nice place
Service could be better. Breakfast was not worthy the extra we paid. Very poor.
All staff at Breakfast Restaurant and Evening Meals at the Bar Dining Room were exceptionally pleasant and the food provided was 'Top Class'. Thank you all.
We travelled by train to Connel Ferry Station and used the Train service to and from Oban plus further afield trips using the Highland Rover Any 4days in 8days ticket. Excellent value again
Unfortunately we had mountain rain, low cloud etc but nobody can plan for the weather
Breakfast was exceptional with plenty of choices
May be a bit of street noise but all the rest more than compensated
