Beautiful and peaceful property
Pros:

Beautiful property! The design is amazing, so is the location right by the lake. Incredible breakfast, beautiful onsen (which you can even use with tattoos!). Check-in staff - exceptional!

Cons:

The lakeside restaurant was nothing special at all. The waiter barely spoke english, very difficult to understand. Food was also mid.

I found it strange that we had to pay for hotel bicycles rental. You would think those 15$/3 hours could be included with a 1k$ room fee..

Will never go to the Japanese restaurant.
Cons:

Restaurant service is bad. The Manager has attitude and did not serve the tea which was supposed to come with desert.
