A wonderful place to unwind and relax.
Pros:

Friendly staff.
Special appreciation to the reception team - especially the ladies at check‑in and check‑out, who made the process genuinely enjoyable. We truly appreciated their enthusiasm.

Cons:

There is no designated drop‑off area in front of the hotel.
Guests frequently park directly on the pedestrian bridge leading to the entrance, forcing people to navigate around vehicles in a hazardous manner. The hotel should establish a few clearly marked, short‑term loading spaces; this is simple to implement and would significantly improve safety and access.
Additionally, guests are currently permitted to use personal speakers at the outdoor swimming pool. This has resulted in loud music, shouting, and disruptive behavior, including intoxicated individuals, which affects all guests in the area. Playing personal speakers should be prohibited to maintain a comfortable and respectful environment.

Pros:

Amabiliratea personalului, mâncare bună și multă, piscine curate, șezlonguri suficiente.

Cons:

Aparatul de aier condiționat, era de fapt un ventilator de perete care făcea față cu greu la cei 37-38 de grade afară, a fost foarte cald în cameră. Mirosul de la zugraveala și mobilierul nou era deranjant .

Un sejur plăcut, nu extraordinar,dar se poate și la 3 stele să aibă calitate la mâncare, se face curățenie zilnic, nu e foarte confortabil, saltele la pat cam subțiri, dar raportul preț-servicii-calitate e super ok,pentru lux estedisponibil la vecinul,dar prețul e dublu și chiar nu știu ce poate oferi la prețuri astronomice.

Cons:

M-a surprins plăcut și fiind închis International am ales Termal,dar a fost o alegere buna. Totul a fost super ok,mai puțin saltele la paturi, dar cum am scris e totuși doar 3 stele. Încă un minus ar fi draperiile la geam,cam trece lumina,dar și astea sunt tot în funcție de numărul de stele

Cons:

Nu mi-a plăcut nerespectarea duratei procedurei de ultrasunet în a doua săptămînă, mai bine zis în zilele efectuării US contra cost, 5 minute în loc de cele prescrise și achitare 10 min.

Very nice!
Pros:

I booked this stay for my parents, and they absolutely loved it.

The food was fresh, varied, and offered plenty of choices. The staff was attentive and welcoming throughout their visit.

They booked the balneotherapy package and received all the treatments and procedures included in the program. The thermal pools were excellent, well maintained, relaxing, and never overly crowded. Free parking was also a great convenience.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and they would happily return.

Дуже сподобався отель. Ціна-якість відмінні. Дякую персоналу.
Pros:

Сподобалось все. Навіть було краще, ніж очікували від "троєчки". Номер чудовий, сніданок-вечеря смачні, басейни комфортні та чисті, вільні ліжаки завжди є. Контингент - 50+. Ввечері в ресторані або на веранді спокійна жива музика "ретро". Хто хоче "повисіти" - точно не сюди. І з дітьми буде нудно - їх нема чим зайняти, хоча є дитячий басейн. Ми дуже добре спокійно відпочили. Якщо ви на авто - можна трохи покататись - подивитись Oradea, Arad, Timișoare. Недалеко угорський Дебрецен. Взагалі поки доїхали з України - Румунія вразила красою. В захваті від краси гір, замків та міст з історичним минулим.

Cons:

Нічого не пригадую.
