Pros:

We had a truly lovely stay at Hotel Termal. What stood out most was the staff — from check-in to check-out, everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to help with anything we needed. It made the whole stay feel effortless.

The breakfast was excellent: a generous spread with plenty of fresh options, and always something for everyone. A great way to start each morning.

And of course, the pools. The thermal water is the highlight of the hotel — warm, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. We spent hours there and left feeling completely restored.

Highly recommended, and we'd happily come.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is convenient and easy to reach.
The reception staff were welcoming, and Gabriela was especially kind, professional, and helpful.
