Overnight the fire alarm went off three times over the course of 3.5 hours. Our room phone didn’t work so I had to go to the front desk. There was only one employee who wasn’t able to reach anyone from management and a group of very unhappy customers. On checkout the next day, the front desk was very belligerent about any compensation for an unpleasant stay instead of bring proactive for their mistake.
We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The property was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained. It was very welcoming and family-friendly, making our experience even more enjoyable.
The complimentary breakfast was fresh, warm, and delicious with a great selection. A special thank you to Margarita Gutierrez for her exceptional hospitality and for making us feel so welcome throughout our stay.
I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly rate it 10/10.
It’s a nice hotel close distance to Disneyland. Staff are very friendly. Definitely come back again. Highly recommended.
I want to be able to give this place 4.5 stars as we only really thought a small handful of things were needed to give it 5 stars. The location, cleanliness, staff, and breakfast were all fantastic. The rooms themselves need a bit of a facelift as they are starting to show some wear and tear. I know this is Disneyland, so they are overrun by kids all the time. However, a few small updates to furniture would go a long way. Ethan at the front desk was great and was friendly each morning when I went down to get my free water. By the end of the trip he greeted me by name. We'll continue to recommend this hotel to any friends and family traveling to the area.

Good morning Team Hyatt! We are here at World of Hyatt in Anaheim, CA. We are checking out today and wanted to share how amazing our stay has been.
Customer service is exceptional especially from Myrna during our breakfast, she is friendly, attentive and a quick worker!
The beds and pillows are comfortable. Having the mini kitchen amenity is so convenient when traveling with little kids.
Thank you for being our home away from home.

We really enjoyed our stay here when visiting Disneyland. Our room was ready early and we got to unpack and setup before visiting the park. The room was very clean and we liked how spacious and quiet it was. The breakfast options were good. The kids enjoyed the pool and there were plenty of towels. The staff were friendly and courteous. I would stay here again. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the entrance of the park.

Great spot with Walgreens, Starbucks and Blaze Pizza. The walk to Disney is about two blocks and is great. Nice rooms, very spacious and feels like a bit of home
The breakfast was amazing. Margarita and Myrna were very helpful to our family at the breakfast. They helped our mom as she had a scooter so had a harder time getting the breakfast. They both were very kind and funny and engaging with us.
