Clean and nice . Kids love the breakfast

It was very clean and close to Disneyland park

We had to come to CA for a last minute funeral. We were traveling with three adults and two children ages 9 and 5. Not only was this location perfect but we were able to fit everyone in the room. Our kids were thrilled about the bunk beds. The staff is 10/10. It appears to be a short walk to Disneyland. We had family member get sick and the Sarah and the front desk staff helped us by getting another room right next door so I could quarantine her but also help her with anything she needed.
The only thing I would say is the pull out is not comfortable and bring your own blankets if you are using the pullout.

This is the perfect location to stay in if you are going to either the Anaheim Convention Center or Disneyland. Very convenient and walking distance to both. There are restaurants nearby and a 24 hour Walgreens just steps outside the door. Great, friendly helpful staff. You can’t go wrong staying here! I will definitely stay again in the future.

Place was perfect! Quick walk to Disneyland. Shopped @ Walgreens at made dinner in the room. Plenty of space. Could see the fireworks from the room. Breakfast had several choices & was good.

Stayed in a one bedroom kitchen suite. The hotel is basic when compared to their competitors. There is no hand wash supplied. We stayed 6 nights and we got no service at all. No restock the toilet rolls so you need to buy your own. No restock of towels so we managed with what we started with.
We didn't try the free breakfast as a 9am end time was a little early for us.
The staff are variable in their approach. The evening supervisor was a little rude and definitely preferred Americans to overseas guests.
There is no real late check outs as you need to ask at 6am on the day of check out. We chose to add another night as we would be flying 29 hours after check out. The evening supervisor could not understand this and wanted us to get up at 9am to check out, move rooms and then check back in later in the day. It was difficult to arrive at what we needed. We paid an extra $400 to stay an extra 4 hours.
The beds were too soft for us.
Pros - close to Disneyland and the convention centre.
Cons - No restock of towels, toilet rolls and no hand wash supplied. Staff variable in their approach. Not welcoming to overseas visitors. Staff have no understanding of what is standard in other US hotels and expect you to know all their policies. Information supplied at check in is inaccurate. The manager did not want the feedback that this needs to be updated to reflect the reality. We were not charged the cost as quoted on the booking via the Hyatt app. The overall cost was amended the day after check in to cost us an extra $500. Staff could not explain this.
We are staying in Anaheim again in April and have found a competitor which has better rooms with better amenities at a slightly lower cost. This hotel is only 2 minutes extra walk to Disneyland and closer to the convention centre.

When we arrived we were told that there was an issue with the water system. The staff went out of their way to accommodate everyone arriving. Later in the week there was a lot of banging going on that we only noticed because we stayed in our room for a day to recuperate after going to Disneyland and then the D23 Expo. They went out of their way to investigate and they found out that the noise was coming from the roof where they were fixing the boilers.
At the end of our stay Ethan and Sarah (who seemed to be there 24/7) made it a point to continue to assist us.
I would definitely stay there again.

Our stay at Hyatt House Anaheim Resort/Convention Center unfortunately did not meet our expectations. The biggest issue was the delayed check-in. After traveling and arriving expecting our room to be ready, having to wait significantly impacted the start of our trip. We also had an issue with the shower in our room, which added to the frustration.

What was most disappointing was the difference in how our concerns were handled. My interaction with Cesar at the front desk felt dismissive and very scripted, and I left the conversation feeling like my concerns weren't really being heard.

I do want to specifically recognize Andrew. He was kind, empathetic, and genuinely tried to help. His approach was completely different and made us feel like someone actually cared about our experience.

The room itself was clean, and the location is convenient for visiting Disneyland. Hyatt did ultimately acknowledge our concerns and worked to resolve the situation, which I appreciate. However, considering the issues we experienced and how they affected our stay, I expected a better overall experience.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt. My kids loved the pool and breakfast. Margarita was so nice and made sure we had everything we wanted for breakfast. We would love to stay again.
