The best place to stay if you want that boutique hotel feel, exceptional and friendly service!
Pros:

Everything was exceptional from the moment we arrived, being taken to our room, going way beyond our expectations, providing us so much care, handling our vegan/plant based requests. Even suggesting options for vegan/plant based which we loved trying. The various pools (1 that was busier/more social and the other that was much more quieter for those days where we needed some peace). Very close few minutes walk to the beach, location was excellent! I also needed a shirt ironing for a wedding and they took care of this for me with ease.

Cons:

Being totally honest I am having to really think hard about things we didn't like. I honestly can't think of anything...

Beautifully decorated hotel with thoughtful staff
Pros:

Really beautiful new renovation and redecoration. A really classy and serene ambiance throughout the hotel and thoughtfully laid out bedroom. We particularly loved sitting on the deck outside the restaurant in the evening light. The staff made sure our stay was a fantastic experience, special mention to Nik who greeted us warmly at dinner every evening. The buffet was super delicious, lots of fresh fruit and Greek cuisine. We came with our six month old baby and the facilities and location just five minutes from the beach made everything relaxing and simple.

Cons:

No complaints whatsoever, the hotel staff have clearly put a lot of effort into making this a beautiful place to stay and we had a fantastic experience.

Hotellet var fint och mysigt och vi trivdes bra!
Pros:

Mycket bra frukost! Mysigt hotellområde med finna pooler och många solstolar!

Cons:

Badvakten va väldigt sur och tillät inte att hoppa från kanten även fast poolen va 2,5 m djup. Vilket var väldigt tråkigt för barnen.😭

I had a wonderful holiday on the island of Crete and was truly very pleased with the hotel I stayed at. The hotel was extremely comfortable and stylish; both the rooms and the common areas were thoughtfully designed and very well maintained. The pool was crystal clear and quite spacious, making it a perfect spot to relax at any time of day. The food was truly a feast; there was a great variety, and everything was fresh and carefully prepared. What I loved most was the friendly, kind, and helpful attitude of the staff. I truly felt very special. Also, the crystal-clear and deep blue sea of Crete made this holiday even more special.

Mon expérience vis à vis de mes attentes.
Pros:

Pour notre séjour en famille fin septembre le grecotel était l idéal.petite maisonnette sur z étages spacieuse et bien équipées, même si la déco n est pas de 2025, c était propre, confortable et très fonctionnel.
Le buffets du matin et du soir n étaient pas énormes mais ne manquaient de rien et étaient très bons.
Belle petite piscine nettoyées tous les jours.
Personnel accueillant, sympathique et serviable.

Cons:

J ai vraiment apprécié mon expérience au Grecotel et si je devait y retourner, je ne choisirai pas la pleine saison car je pense qu à cette saison les équipements, place à la piscine et au restaurant ne doivent pas être adaptés aux nombre de chambres.
D'où les commentaires négatifs que j ai pu lire avant d'effectuer ma réservation...
