Il personale molto simpatico e gentile, che mette a proprio agio. La camera spaziosa e luminosissima con cucina molto utile per scaldare qualcosa al volo, magari preso al mercato centrale proprio sotto la struttura. La spa molto carina e comoda per un oretta di relax.

Un petit hôtel charmant
Pros:

L’emplacement était top. Le personnel était très sympathique. J’ai apprécié le petit spa.
La chambre était spacieuse et bien équipée.
Le petit déjeuner était bon et copieux, même si j’ai au départ été surprise par l’absence de buffet: petit déjeuner servi à table.

Cons:

Une de nos chambres était côté rue et c’était vraiment très bruyant. Problème insonorisation: chambre proche de l’ascenseur.

Das Suite Zimmer war hervorragend gross.

Cons:

Einige Möbelstücke sind inzwischen etwas in die Jahre gekommen, z. B. die zwei Stühle am Esstisch. Auch einige Kratzer an den Wänden sowie an Möbeln und Türen könnten ausgebessert werden. Solche kleinen Schäden vermitteln sonst einen etwas schmuddeligen Eindruck und werden einem 4-Sterne-Hotel mit dem Anspruch „aussergewöhnlich“ nicht ganz gerecht.

EXCELENTE para ir en familia, un departamento en formato hotel. Un 10!

Nosotras fuimos dos hermanas con sus hijos, madre e hijo, y tomamos un departamento... Con una habitacion.. No solo la cama de la habitacion princiapl era comoda sino que el sillon cama que estaba en el living super comodo. Super equipado, oscuro para pdoer dormir, con ventanas que si bien no tenian una exceente vista se podian abrir, airear, mirar al exterior. La verda super confortable, con la cocina super equipada, heladera, etc. NOS ENCANTO EL DEPARTSAMENTO, excelente ubicado.. Super comodo el modo de igreso con la app. Super atentos todos, en recepci´pn. QUEDAMOS ENCANTADAS, Mas que recomendable este formato de dpto en hotel.... Lo super recomiendo.

mooie kamer, toplocatie en geweldig personeel in het hart van Valencia!

Great location, friendly staff and comfortable beds
Pros:

Central location, helpful staff. The room is big, there is a dining area and a full kitchen, adequate bathroom. The parking is accessible via a lift, from a pedestrian zone and the hotel emails you a permit to be able to drive there legally. The parking is tight, and there was a car that couldn't get out because of another car that the hotel personnel thought it was our car and called us in the morning and were a bit "short" with us, in a somewhat accusatory tone. When I went downstairs, I saw that it wasn't my car. I did not make a big deal, mistakes happen. The reception personnel called us and offered us free breakfast, which was a very nice gesture to show how much they care about their clients.
