Ubicación, limpieza, servicios, instalaciones.

Cons:

Falta de personal en restaurante y comedor en el desayuno. El personal es fantástico, amable, profesional y siempre con una sonrisa pero claramente superados por la falta de personal, aun así cumplieron profesionalmente.

Great hotel, highly recommended.
Pros:

A smart property in a nice area of Altafulla. All the staff are friendly, efficient and welcoming. Our stay was very short but most enjoyable.

L'habitació era molt gran i ben equipada. El personal fantàstic, molt atent en tot moment i, que la gran majoria parlin català, és meravellós.

La falta de personal al restaurant. La Laura estava sola gran part del temps i, evidentment, el servei se'n ressenteix, però la seva atenció no.

Un très bon séjour au calme
Pros:

Petit hôtel loin du brouhaha des grands complexes , les pieds dans l’eau .Il se situe dans un joli petit village , très charmant , qu’on a eu plaisir à découvrir . Les chambres sont belles ,bien décorées et propres .La piscine sur le toit est petite mais très bien pour se prélasser face à la mer .Le petit déjeuner est très bien ,varié et copieux .Plein de petits restaurants autour ,même si celui de l’hôtel fait très bien l’affaire .La plage de sable fin est accessible en traversant une ruelle , des restaurants se trouvent tout le long. Tarragone est à 20minutes en voiture si on souhaite un peu plus d’animation .

Cons:

Le parking de l’hôtel payant .Personnel gentil ,mais ne fournit pas trop de conseils sur ce que l’on peut faire dans les environs ou sur le fonctionnement de l’hôtel .Il faut poser les questions .
