Nichts
Location
Dirty carpets, a/c smells like garbage, fleas hiding everywhere
Location, swimming pool, breakfast, service at desk. The hotel staff (desk, cleaners, etc.) were pleasant and looked after us well.
The room was in need of an update. The air-conditioner was noisy and only just coped. The bed had only one pillow. The furnishings were somewhat old and dated.
Location and friendly staff. They like motorcycles and let us park on the doorstep.
Gibraltar one way streets are hard to navigate. Not the hotels fault.
Central location
No tea coffee in room,
I stayed at The Bristol for 3 nights with my elderly dad (I'm no spring chicken!). We had a lovely time. Yes it's a bit dated but that added to the charm. I loved the the grand lounge & pool with an art deco feel. Rooms clean & comfortable. Continental breakfast & friendly staff. What more could you ask for at a reasonable cost?
Nothing to not like. The shower could have done with a bit more power!
The facility’s and location and the staff are so helpful and super friendly
Absolutely nothing
Very helpful staff and reception always manned
Nothing
Continental breakfast, beer.
not the best view out of the window , could have had two types meat for breakfast
Location
Old needs refurbishing
On tea making facilities
Bathroom extremely poor
The pool
It it’s absolutely hideous. It’s the stuff nightmares are made off. Dark, creepy, dated. If you put the Shining and Psycho together you’d have the vibe of the bedrooms and corridors. It’s shockingly bad. The tv and lamp in bedroom is screwed to the table tops. There is no tea or coffee facilities in bedrooms which I find mean! The fridge was warm inside and the hair dryer looked at least 30 years old. Very poor. Very bad value for money. £100 per one night. A disgrace. It lets Gibraltar down! Owned by a Gibraltar family too. Needs a good overhaul. They are laughing all the way to the bank and clearly don’t care about reputation.
Not alot to like
Everything, out dated, dirty, smelly. Tiny room and half the stuff didn't work including broken furniture.
Great location
Very dated….with a recent leg fracture..was a nightmare to get in and out of bath …
