Hotel is conveniently located in Westlands, making it easy to get around Nairobi. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Breakfast was good with a decent selection of options, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Balcony offered nice view.

Restaurant is expensive
Nice breakfast, and there is restaurant on the 6th floor, where you can rest and dinner after long day. Location is good, close to a park. Fresh air, but note people play football till late evening. Overall nice and quiet hotel. Rooms are big, wel lequipped.

The restaurant on the top floor is very poor quality as well as for food as for decoration … and cleanliness if very poor as well !
Excellent location, great rooms and highly valuable for money. I stayed at the executive suite 2 bedroom apartment and it was awesome for a family of 4 with all facilities.

The place was very clean and spacious and the staff was very good. The guy called Kelvin was very helpful and nice. He gave us a very warm welcome.

The room was clean and had everything except an airconditioner, but weather didn’t demand one in the period I visited. I had the room towards the field in the 4th floor. The view was cool, worth the price.
Chairs fabric and restaurant decor are old and visibly claiming for an update. Despite the bad appearance of these items, the room was very clean.
Cleanliness
Location. Room was big and had a small kitchenette. Bathroom was big too. Allowed us extra hours before checking out, and kept our luggage safe and for free until we had to leave for our flight. Staff was kind and cooperative.
The towels in the bathroom seemed to be not too clean. Mosquitos in the room, but we later discovered a small repellant plugged into the wall. Lobby had mosquitos too.
