Our stay was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was great.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. We are vegetarians and we found plenty of items to choose and select to eat in breakfast. We were very much impressed about the taste and the menu of food items included in the list.

A perfect stopover in Nairobi.
Pros:

Everything was good. Location in Westlands is good. We enjoyed the chinese restaurant. Breakfast was one of the best we had.

Very nice stay in Westlands
Pros:

The balcony facing the park is amazing. The room is very bright and large. The bathroom is big enough. Beds are big and very comfortable. Ironing board and kitchenware was provided on request. The staff is very friendly and nice. The hotel is close to Sarit Shopping Center (walking distance). There are also a few nice eating places around.

Cons:

The kitchen in the room had initially no plates/cutlery/etc but I got some on request. The breakfast lacks some veggies but you can get some/tomatoes/cucumbers on request. The bar is closed in the morning and the only coffee option is the filter coffee at the breakfast buffet. An espresso/cappuccino wound be actually great to have.

It's my go-to hotel. Have been regularly staying at this hotel since 2023- 2024. Comfortable, no frills , value for money accommodation

I got food poisoning from the hotel restaurant, thus the food hygiene including cold condiments needs to be re-evaluated!

Pros:

The staff was nice specially the house keeper, the buffet staff.

Cons:

There were loud noise in the middle of the night almost every night during my stay.
There is no breakfast cancelation policy. If you book your stay including breakfast. It is use it or loose it.
