Camera molto spaziosa e pulita, bagno grande e confortevole. Colazione varia e abbondante. A giugno abbiamo trovato la camera fresca, non abbiamo dovuto usare nè aria condizionata (non presente) nè la ventola.
From the Staff at the reception to the waiters and cleaners, everyone was super amazing!!! A very helpful set of employees. Lotos inn will definitely be my Nairobi hotel!!!!

The staff of this hotel are amazing and make the place! The hotel allowed us to store our luggage for free while we went on trips and this really helped us! The rooms are big and they provide many amenities such as toothbrush. There is a big shopping centre (Sarit) only 10 minutes walk from the hotel.
Some rooms can be a bit noisy. On our next stay however the staff ensured we had a quiet room.

The breakfast buffet has to be improved and more varieties should be added
Clean, spacious, well-lit suite. Well-equipped kitchenette with fridge, microwave, hot water kettle. Efficient check-in. Great on-site Chinese restaurant (6th floor) was open until 10:30 pm, so we could have a late dinner after arriving by train from Mombasa without leaving the hotel.
