Pleasant stay, clean, with good staff and good location. Recommended!
Pros:

Didn't get the name of the clerk who checked us in but she was professional, friendly, and highly competent.
The room was also very satisfactory.

Cons:

Nice mini-kitchen in the room with NO silverware at all - nothing - not a plate, a spoon, nothing at all.

Buena opción en Westlands
Pros:

La ubicación es muy conveniente y la habitación de la primera reserva muy bien y limpia.

Cons:

Nos quedamos dos noches no consecutivas en este hotel por el precio y el barrio. Cogimos la misma tarifa y el mismo tipo de habitación. La primera noche nos dieron una habitación espaciosa y limpia. La ducha con una presión perfecta. Todo bien. La segunda noche aun habiendo reservado el mismo tipo de habitación era mucho más pequeña y estaba visiblemente más sucia. No dijimos nada ya que era psra unas horas pero no entiendo la diferencia en la calidad de la habitación si el tipo de reserva es el mismo.
