お値段のわりにお得でした。
Pros:

難波からも心斎橋からも近く立地が良いです。繁華街の割に夜も静かでした。
ホテルは古さが目立つが、水回りの設備などはリニューアルされています。
掃除も行き届いでいました。
チェックイン時にウェルカムドリンクのチケットもいただきました。
朝食が品数多く、とてもおいしかったです。

Cons:

施設自体が古く、カビ臭いのが気になりました。
エアコンのフィルターもホコリが溜まっていました。

The polite staff, nice and cleen, superb breakfast, good value for money.

Cons:

Room a bit small, atleast 10 minutes walk to rail station, though not far, not comfortable waliking in sunny hot day.

単身でビジネス出張で宿泊するには最高！
Pros:

コスパが良い。いまどきこのお値段で食事付きで泊まれる宿はなかなかない。
朝ごはんが家庭的で美味しかった。
部屋も快適。お水を用意してくれていた。細部までの配慮が良かった。

Cons:

特にはないが、強いて申し上げるとすれば、ホテルの雰囲気（照明？）がややくらめ？
値段的にも快適だったので、また利用したいです。

Posizione 💯
Pros:

La posizione centralissima ci ha permesso di raggiungere in pochissimo tempo le principali attrazioni di Dotonburi.

Cons:

Stanze un po' da rivedere, anche se il bagno era nuovo. Considerando il prezzo che abbiamo pagato, non ci possiamo assolutamente lamentare.
