Séjour agréable, malgré un petit déjeuner décevant. Trop cher au vu des prestations

Bien situé dans le centre de St Lary, avec parking. Accueil agréable

Cons:

Etablissement, avec une décoration un peu vieillotte, qui mériterait un rafraichissement. Petit Déjeuner : buffet basique, et à l'économie pour un 4 étoiles. Balcon avec les stigmates de l'hiver (rembarde tout écaillée sur laquelle on ne peut s'appuyer et balcon non nettoyé à l'arrivée) : loin des standards d'un 4 étoiles.

Hôtel agréable avec un excellent emplacement mais ne correspond pas à un 4 étoiles
Pros:

Très bon emplacement en plein coeur du village de St Lary. Tout peut être fait à pied dans le village depuis l'hôtel. Parking gratuit à l'hôtel. Chambre agréable et propre avec du charme et de jolis extérieurs.

Cons:

Aucune prestation existante alors que c'est censé être un hôtel 4 étoiles... Pas de plateau de courtoisie dans la chambre : pas de bouteille d'eau, ni café, ni thé. Dans la chambre n° 19, existence d'une poutre très basse et très proche à gauche du lit donc je me suis bien cognée la tête à deux reprises. Le prix de la chambre est trop élevé pour ce qui est proposé. Pourtant, de très nombreux hôtels 3 étoiles offrent le plateau de courtoisie par exemple. C'est dommage !

Au petit-déjeuner à 9h30, lorsque nous sommes descendu (fin de service à 10h00).il manquait des produits : 2 croissants coupés en deux par exemple, il restait 2 petits pains aux raisins Il restait 3 à 4 tranches de pain de mie..
