DON’T GO THERE!!!
This hotel alone can ruin your entire vacation. It turned what should have been a relaxing trip into the worst vacation I’ve ever had. Considering how expensive it is, the experience was completely unacceptable.
On our last day, the hotel lost power completely. We were unable to sleep because the air conditioning stopped working, and the room became unbearably hot. At breakfast, many basic amenities, including tea, coffee, and several other items, were unavailable due to the power outage.
In addition, the elevators were not working, so we had to walk up and down three or four flights of stairs every time.
On top of that, the hotel’s cleanliness and overall condition did not match the photos or the description shown on Booking.com.
Because of the power outage, we were unable to use many of the hotel’s facilities. We couldn’t even charge our phones. Even worse, the water supply was also cut off, meaning we couldn’t flush the toilet or even take a shower.
For the price this hotel charges, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.
Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unsere Klimaanlage hat 2 mal nicht funktioniert und es kam sofort jemand zur Hilfe.
Das Frühstück könnte länger gehen bis 11:00.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Vor allem die Churros haben mein Herz erobert. Zum Abendessen sind wir in das benachbarte Hotel gegangen, und auch das Abendessen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal hat uns gut gefallen – alle waren sehr freundlich und halfen uns, wenn es irgendwelche Probleme gab. Das Zimmer war sauber und mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Atmosphäre war toll und hat uns gut gefallen.
Im Zimmer fehlten kleine Details wie beispielsweise ein Zahnbürstenhalter oder eine Seifenschale. Auch wenn das Zimmer an sich sauber war, wirkte es doch sehr nüchtern und es fehlten Details, die es gemütlich gemacht hätten.
La posizione della struttura è molto buona per la movida serale e i ragazzi della reception sono stati molto cordiali, mi hanno rilasciato anche un omaggio finale ,ma questo non ripaga mezza vacanza buttata.
Su un soggiorno totale di 4 giorni, per ben due giornate siamo rimasti totalmente al buio a causa di un prolungato blackout (dalle 17:00 a tarda serata). Risultato: niente aria condizionata, niente TV e, cosa gravissima, niente doccia né acqua calda. A questo si aggiunge una scarsa manutenzione generale, con pezzi di intonaco staccati lungo le scale.
Ma la cosa peggiore è stata la gestione: la struttura se ne è completamente fregata della nostra condizione, rifiutando qualsiasi rimborso economico per i due giorni di invivibilità della stanza. Un disagio assoluto gestito con totale indifferenza commerciale.

A very big disadvantage was the noise that was in the hotel in the evening even after midnight, many teenagers or over 18 years old which made it absolutely impossible to sleep, which is a big disadvantage. the pool bazin has a very bad schedule it only works from 11:00/to 20:00 very short.
The prices in the hotel bar are a bit high.

Hotel is close enough to the beach, but far enough to not hear anything.
No drink / food in the room rule. I understand people ruin the hotel but just fine them.

La comida el baño el desayuno pecimo la cena horrorosa lo único agradable el servicio del personal recepción y camareros, nos ha caido fatal el traslado para ir a cenar espantoso hay que salir del recinto para ir a cenar a otro hotel no lo recomendamos.
