Das Hotel ist zwar günstig, mit einer tolle Lage. Allerdings kann man für etwas mehr Geld auch direkt am Ballermann ein

Das Personal an der Rezeption war nachts, als wir angereist sind sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren leider sehr heruntergekommen und teilweise stark beschädigt. Das gesamte Hotel ist extrem hellhörig und wirkt insgesamt renovierungsbedürftig. Auch der Türrahmen im Zimmer war komplett beschädigt. Das Personal am Pool war teilweise unfreundlich. Absolutes No-Go war jedoch, dass man sein eigenes Wasser am Pool nicht trinken durfte und stattdessen gezwungen wurde, Getränke ausschließlich an der Hotelbar zu kaufen. Für den günstigen Preis ist das Hotel zwar akzeptabel, allerdings findet man direkt am Ballermann für wenig mehr Geld deutlich bessere Hotels.

Ottima esperienza, molto vicino alla spiaggia.
Pros:

Hotel molto bello, colazione a buffet con scelta varia e tutto molto buono (presente anche latte senza lattosio o avena). Posizione ottima, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Zona ricca di ristoranti e bar. Personale molto disponibile e cordiale.

Pros:

Le personnel très agréable, bien placé.

Cons:

Très mauvaise literie, les murs trop fin car on entend tout un tas de bruits la nuit..... les chambres sont propres.
Beaucoup d'allemand qui font la fête et ne s'occupent pas des autres.
Dommage aussi qu'il faille aller dîner dans l'hôtel d'en face et peu diversifié.

Die beiden Damen am Empfang waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Obwohl ich die Zimmer versehentlich nur für eine Person gebucht hatte, konnten wir die zweite Person ohne Aufpreis hinzufügen, was wir sehr positiv fanden. Für einen Partyurlaub ist das Hotel insgesamt in Ordnung.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind allerdings eher schlicht, nicht besonders schön und nur einfach ausgestattet. Das Bett ist äußerst unkomfortabel.

Besonders negativ aufgefallen ist uns jedoch das Verhalten eines etwas älteren Mitarbeiters des Frühstücksbuffets. Wir wurden dort äußerst respektlos und in keiner Weise gastfreundlich behandelt. Der Tonfall und die Art des Umgangs waren unangemessen und haben bei uns einen sehr schlechten Eindruck hinterlassen. Gerade in einem Hotel (auch, wenn es eher als Partyhotel genutzt wird) erwartet man einen höflichen und professionellen Umgang mit Gästen, was hier leider überhaupt nicht der Fall war.

Zusätzlich fanden wir die Regel, dass keine mitgebrachten Getränke mit aufs Zimmer genommen werden dürfen, unnötig und wenig kundenfreundlich. Insgesamt würden wir das Hotel daher absolut nicht weiterempfehlen und auf keinen Fall wiederkommen!
