A lovely hotel in a great location for getting to the port
Pros:

The location is great for getting to the port. The staff were very friendly. They booked us a great taxi company for the port the following day. The rooms we had were in the annex building. They were beautifully decorated and super clean. We had evening meal and breakfast the following day. Both were delicious.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was great.

Pros:

Breakfast good Included which we weren't expecting

Cons:

No lift and we had to carry suitcases up narrow steps. No one available to help. We are in our 80's. The manager just said a lift isn't in the description-really!

A good stay before a cruise
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful, parking was easy and the breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The bedroom was a bit dated and the bed was adequate. The water pressure from the sink in the bathroom was non existent.

Disappointed.
Pros:

We had a large room with space enough to spread out. The breakfast staff were friendly and attentive, but the breakfast itself was nothing special. Front desk staff were very helpful.

Cons:

There’s absolutely no charm or character to the room. The bed was really uncomfortable and the pillows were thin. The curtains don’t adequately block out the morning light.

Pros:

Breakfast was probably the best part of the stay. Service was really good and so was the food.

Cons:

The room was very small and more suitable for 1 person travelling alone. It was probably one of the smallest "double" rooms we have ever stayed in.

The room was at the front of the building and was exceptionally noisy with constant traffic even though the room was double glazed.
