Not a family friendly hotel, 99.9% non family and business people stay there.
Not good breakfast option. Need to improve. All the rooms are smoking and smoking reception area including free tea are
People occupied with cigarettes with are not comfortable for non smoking customers and ladies. Request to stop this. Guest can smoke in allocated area only.

I had a very pleasant stay at WAIFIDEN Hotel during my visit to the Canton Fair. The staff were extremely friendly, polite and very helpful throughout my stay. They were always willing to assist whenever needed, which made the overall experience even more comfortable.
The hotel facilities were good and well maintained. My room was clean, tidy, and comfortable and the general environment of the hotel was pleasant. I also appreciated that the hotel was convenient for my business trip, especially during the busy Canton Fair period. The free shuttle service to the Canton Fair was also very convenient and helpful, making travel to and from the venue much easier.
Overall, I am satisfied with my stay and truly appreciate the good service and hospitality provided by the hotel team. Thank you for making my trip more enjoyable.
The only downside was that there was just one shuttle trip per day from the hotel to the Canton Fair. It would be more convenient if there were additional shuttle trips.
