bene, non benissimo. L'ho scelta per piscina e spa, che non sono all'altezza.
Pros:

bene la camera, ottima la posizione.

Cons:

purtroppo piscina sporca con tanta sabbia sul fondo, ambiente molto caldo, nessun controllo diretto sulla piscina, non ben tenuta. Anche gli accappatoi presentavano macchie giallastre.

מלון נחמד עם חניה צמודה במרחק הליכה קצר מהעיר העתיקה. בריכת שחייה מקורה בשביל הילדים. חדרים בסיסיים ואם תקבלו חדר בקומה השלישית זה סוג של עליית גג. אל תצפו לפאר בגלל השם.

נראה קצת מיושן. אבל זה חלק מהעניין.

Short and nice stay for a family trip.
Pros:

Staff was very accommodating. We had to change the room and it was no problem. Other than that everything was perfect. Good breakfast with lots of choices.

Inny pokój - dramat
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, śniadanie wystarczające. Szkoda że nie było czasu na basen.

Cons:

Zamówiłem pokój na jednym poziomie. Dostałem pokój z łóżkiem na antresoli i łazienka na dole po schodach. Poprosiłem o pokój zgodny z rezerwacją na co otrzymałem odpowiedź że mają pełne obłożenie. To niedopuszczalne. Schodzenie po schodach w nocy do toalety było w moim przypadku bardzo ryzykowne. Próbowałem kilka razy na recepcji prosić i zmianie pokoju . Bez rezultatu . Przy tej niedogodności zapchany odpływ w prysznicu to niewielka niedogodność.

Hotel do odświeżenia
Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja, dostępny parking, również podziemny. Największa zaleta to całkiem spory basen. Śniadanie dość urozmaicone.

Cons:

Zdecydowanie nie jest to hotel na 4 gwiazdki, max to 3. Obiekt potrzebuje remontu albo co najmniej odświeżenia oraz większej dbałości o bieżące utrzymanie. Meble są zużyte i poobijane, wykładzina brudna, w łazience z trzech lampek świeciła jedna, spadały drzwi od kabiny prysznicowej, ponieważ były połamane kółka które je utrzymywały. Po tej sieci hoteli i za te pieniądze oczekiwałem lepszego standardu.

Pésimo servicio de recepción

Reserve una habitación para tres personas adultas y me ofrecieron una habitación con una sola cama. Tras comunicar en recepción que la reserva era para tres adultos no nos solucionaron el problema. En la reserva claramente constaba que éramos tres adultos. Pedimos aunque fuera poner una cama supletoria pero el chico de recepción nos dijo que no podía ser. Tuvimos que dormir los tres en la misma cama sin poder movernos. Pésimo el servicio de recepción.

Cu toate cele necesare dar nu chiar un hotel de 4 stele.
Pros:

Absolut toate cele necesare pentru o ședere plăcută: șampon, loțiune de corp, balsam, punguțe de unica folosință, fier de calcat, masa de calcat, ventilație dublă etc. Mic dejun cu absolut tot ce ai putea dori și pentru toate gusturile. Amplasamentul este la poalele cetății, deci până în centru se fac maxim 5 minute de mers pe jos.

Cons:

Camerele de la mansardă: e păcat ca deși ele au vedere spre cetate, ferestrele sunt tip Velux (amplasate în tavan). Practic, camera devine astfel mai puțin luminoasă și nepractica.Plus că dacă vrei să vezi priveliștea, trebuie sa te sui pe pat.
La recepție a fost o doamnă care nu știa efectiv unde se afla diverse locații din hotel și dădea instrucțiuni greșite clienților: spre exemplu spunea că piscina se afla la etajul 1 când de fapt aceasta era la parter ( și efectiv o puteai vedea de la parter).Plus că mi-a spus că pot parca la subsol, că îmi deschidea ea ușa garajului. Atunci când am ajuns la subsol, uitase efectiv să deschidă ușa și eu stăteam acolo ca popândăul in miriște.Am lăsat mașina în pantă, ca să pot să îi reamintesc că trebuie să deschidă.
Piscina ar putea avea niste îmbunătățiri: un șezlong era rupt, barele pe care te sprijini să cobori in piscină se mișcau in toate părțile adică nu prea te puteai baza pe ele.
Unele camere au vedere către drumul principal de tranzit (cele care nu au vedere către cetate, căci acelea sunt in spatele hotelului unde este liniște), așa că există posibilitatea ca zgomotul de la mașini să fie deranjant.
