La posizione e il parcheggio esterno sono dei punti di forza. E la piscina interna non è male.

Cons:

Le stanze non sono molto pulite, la moquette ha segni d’usura e macchie piuttosto importanti. Inoltre ci hanno assegnato una camera da cui proveniva uno sgradevole e fortissimo odore di fogna. Per fortuna, dopo nostra segnalazione, ci è stata assegnata una nuova camera. Aggiungo che la colazione è decisamente troppo cara!

Extremely disappointing experience - bed bugs and poor room conditions
Pros:

Location was great, close to citadel

Cons:

We booked an Executive DBL room with citadel view, BB. The room appeared poorly maintained, the overall cleanliness and state of the room did not meet the standard expected for a 4 star hotel.
During the night we discovered bed bugs in our room, which was obviously very distressing and completely unacceptable for a 4 star hotel, with global quality standards of a Double Tree! There was no reception staff to help us with the problem (even though there should have been 24/7 front desk services); there was only a security man that did not understand the gravity of the situation, and initially told us to wait until morning because he cannot change our room. After repeated discussions, he called the reception staff and we managed to be offered another room.
Having to leave our room around 2 am, in the middle of the night and move to another room and check our entire luggage till 4 am completely disrupted our stay and made us feel very uncomfortable.
We chose not to have breakfast there anymore in the morning.
After further discussions with the management in the morning, we managed to get a refund for our stay.

Based on our experience, we cannot recommend staying here unfortunately. We really hope the hotel takes this incident seriously and thoroughly inspects and treats the affected room(s), because they have a serious hygiene issue.

Cons:

Kelnerzy przy śniadaniu chyba próbowali się szybko pozbyć gości. Zabierali i sprzątali talerze podczas jedzenia, na których nadal było jedzenie. Dodatkowo niektóre szklanki były mocno wyszczerbione.

Pros:

The location. The breakfast was good. Nice rooms.

Cons:

We had to switch rooms because of a recurring noise - the hotel knew about it and still gave us the room. Hopefully they will fix it.
