飯店離千葉車站步行約八分鐘，在千葉中央車站旁，周邊許多餐廳，有很大的超市，星巴克，Kaisei bakery.非常方便。很安靜。

台風前夜に急遽宿泊できたのは良かったが、難点をたくさん感じた。
Pros:

部屋のベッドやリネンは良かった。

Cons:

　窓の下に線路があって、深夜まで電車が走行する音でなかなか寝付けず、また、早朝は電車の音で起こされた。
　本館フロントから別館への地図を渡されたが、分からず、外に出て交番前まで行って迷った。再びフロントに戻り確認する必要があった。フロントで最初に対応した男性の説明があいまいで、外に出れば良いとの説明は不確かで不親切。渡された地図も説明不十分。わかりやすく説明しないと別館には辿りつかない。

駅近で便利
Pros:

千葉中央駅の真上だが千葉駅からも徒歩圏内で、ロケーションが良く、設備も新しくてよかった。羽田へのリムジンバス始発にも近く便利。

ベットマットに茶色のシミが付いていた。
