Hôtel évoquant une époque révolue et auquel il n'est plus fait aucun entretien ni amélioration

L'emplacement et la vue sont parfaits et correspondent à l'annonce de l'hôtel

Cons:

Accueil et restauration pas du tout professionnels. Manque de maintenance de toutes les infrastructures de l'hôtel à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Défaillance de l'entretien et propreté de l'hôtel : cendriers et poubelles ni vidés ni nettoyés, moquette et rambarde d'escalier en très mauvais état, personnel de salle de restauration non avenant et ne faisant aucun effort d'accueil.

Very nice facility by the roadside and the Loch. Very friendly staff and rooms had everything needed
Pros:

Breakfast had a nice selection, the eating area is very comfortable and has a nice view.
The view from our room was right out to the Loch and above the pods and very calming and peaceful.
Very nice and accommodating staff with easy check-in

Cons:

The breakfast hot foods were warm and could have been hotter.
The trash bin between the parking lot and the pods was overflowing onto the ground the whole time we were there.
Need more trash receptacles on the property or need to empty them more often.

Tiny bathroom, fittings broke, water did not drain in shower, had to wait over an hour for food in the restaurant
