Sehr freundliches Personal und eine nette Begrüßung.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer unter dem Dach und die Dachfenster waren verrottet und von Schimmel befallen. Schade, daß im renovierten Badezimmer das Dachfenster nicht ausgetauscht wurde, auch da schwarzer Schimmel.
Picturesque location
Stayed in the pod. It was very small and extremely hot. Dirty cups and cutlery not washed after previous tenants. First hotel I see does not have hand soap.
Die Lage/Aussicht ist sehr schön. Dass Essen war gut und das Personal freundlich.
Im Bad hatte es in der Dusche und am Fenster Schimmel - das ganze Badezimmer roch danach (ohne das Fenster zu öffnen fast nicht zum Aushalten). Der Abfluss war völlig verstopft. Die Schublade im Bad war kaputt.
Im Pod selber war das Bett nicht richtig bezogen (nur ein Tuch darüber gespannt), sodass die eklige Matratze darunter immer wieder zum Vorschein kam. In der Küche gab es keinen frischen Schwamm oder Seife zum Abwaschen, weshalb wir nichts benutzt haben. Allgemein war das Zimmer sehr, sehr schmutzig und das gesamte Inventar/der Pod sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Preis ist viel zu hoch für das, was man kriegt.

Petite chambre donnant côté parking. Beaucoup de circulation. Très bruyant. Pas d ascenseur. Restauration moyenne. Belle terrasse mais on n a pas le droit d y manger, seulement pour boire.
Trop cher, que ce soit pour la chambre comme pour le restaurant.
Wir konnten eine Nacht verlängern und ein besseres Zimmer bekommen. Rezeption und Servicepersonal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Blick auf den See ist schön. Frühstück sehr vielfältig. Dinner möglich.
Staff was very kind
The front desk and the restaurant/Bar staff are excellent, nothing is too much trouble. The rwstaurant food is excellent, compliments to the chef and their team.The hotel has recently changed hands post Covid and the new owners are on a rolling program to modernise the place and get it to their high standards; so ignore the scratched paint on the banisters or the odd loose fitting as they are making it all right in stages.
Unfortunately we had some issues with our bathroom. It wasn't as clean as might have been expected and the ild silicone was grubby and very mouldy. The batheoom had a new toilet seat, Unfortunately the fitter hadn't tightened up the fittings properly for use, so it came off at one point. Our shower door came off its tracks whikst we weere using the shower and we couldnt clise the doir so after 2 showers the bathroom was soaked through. In the plus side the staff fixed both the toilet seat and the shower door straight away for us whilst we were out.

THE LOCATION WAS GREAT RIGHT ON THE LOCH . THE ROOM AND BATHROOM WERE CLEAN GREAT FOR EARLY MORNING SWIM . STAFF VERY PLEASANT
THE HOTEL IS A BIT RUN DOWN . IN NEED OF PAINTING WITH SOME LOOSE STAIR BANNISTERS AND OUR CURTAIN POLE IN THE BEDROOM WAS HANGING OFF
The hotel has an eye-catching view of the beach, which is just next to it. Breakfast is served as a buffet. Cooked breakfast and the continental options were delicious.
The room seemed very compact and old, with only the minimal/basic amenities. The view was partially obstructed by a flat roof and on the other side of the room, there was some construction work happening.
Great location, clean and tidy
The location along the water was lovely, and we had a nice dinner at a picnic table as the sun was setting. The restaurant staff were very nice.
The pictures of our room and the view from the window weren’t accurate - instead of a view of the water, we were staring at the highway (noisy) in one room, and a construction site out the window of the other room. Our shower was terrible with a leak in the hose connector so very low water pressure, the pillows were decorative and not comfortable, and the bedside table lamp was just sitting there unplugged from the wall with no plug anywhere near it. The front desk staff was very uninterested in helping us out and was dismissive that the room didn’t come as advertised.
