I liked my room. The location was great.
The breakfast was excellent.
There isn't anything I can think of.
The room was clean & tidy, bathroom was dated however it had a lovely shower. Good choice of meals in the restaurant and we enjoyed our dinner.
The room was very hot and stuffy , no air conditioning. Service at breakfast was very slow.
It is charming inn from the 14th century with a resraurant and pub onsite. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is great, close to the Cathwdral and High Street.
Room was a little warm the first couple of days with only a fan, no air conditioning. Got better when the temperatures dropped outside.
The staff were so helpful and friendly and accommodating. Locality was excellent and facilities as needed.
Small niggle: It was really annoying to have a central shelf in the middle of a full-length mirror in the room.

There was noise at 22:45 but it stopped by closing time
We really enjoyed our stay in Exeter. The hotel's location is fantastic; you can easily walk to the river, where there are nice restaurants and bars. The hotel itself also has a great pub. Plus, they are very dog-friendly—dogs are welcome, and there are even dog treats available in the pub!
The room has all the basic amenities but is in need of some maintenance here and there. At this price point, I would have expected a slightly higher standard—for instance, cracked bathroom tiles or a yellowed shower curtain.

I had to pay for parking at the premices. The room window was looking towards the parking.
Struttura ben tenuta, camere pulite e con tutto il necessario. Nota molto positiva: abbiamo avuto una piccolo problema con il parcheggio adiacente alla struttura, e lo staff si è adoperato per contestare la multa, facendo da tramite e facendomi un grosso favore!

Was quick and generous with supplying more tea and coffee supplies which I requested after realising that room was not serviced daily
Room was stiflingly hot at night as ni climate control and window limited on how wide it can open (for safety). Also with curtains shut, no breeze can enter anyway fan was provided in room. This was not during hot weather.
No fridge in room
Rooms only serviced/ cleaned daily if requested before midday or sign put on door. This was not highlighted to me on check in and we did not notice the sign in corridor

Huoneen hintaan kuulunut aamiainen oli aika niukka, toki lisämaksusta olisi saanut oikean brittiaamiaisen. Oma huoneeni oli monen portaikon ja käytävän päässä, mikä oli kahden isomman matkatavaran kanssa ja kipeällä selässä hiukan hankala liikkua.
