Stay was ok just for me but not for family. Seems to cater more for the contractors working in the area.

The hotel is looking very very tired carpets need replacing throughout the hotel. Paint work needs a lot of work

It had a nice lake view outside

Cons:

We had booked room with lakeview for an extra charge and it was meant to be have a bunk bed however was told that rooms with lakeview do not have a bunk, only the rooms on the other side have bunk beds with no lakeview. We had to change rooms then. It was also really hot and ceiling fan didn’t work, we had to ask for another fan which wasn’t enough for one double and a bunk bed.

Excellent value, lovely lakeside views
Pros:

Lovely views of the lake from the second floor (but direct access only from first floor). The bedroom wall was fully glass so you can enjoy the lakeside view (only £10 more to pay for the view, brilliant value). Good range of item choices on the restaurant menu. The breakfast room is lovely. Only 10mins to Gravesend town so super easy location wise

Cons:

Rooms/ common areas could do with a little modernising but perfectly functional and excellent value. Also despite being next to the M25, you wouldn't know it from the lakeside!
