Overall would not recommend and return again.
Pros:

The hotel was very close to the beach and restaurants near by. The room had AC and a TV.

Cons:

The towels, the sheets and the curtains were not properly washed. The towels would arrived stained and not properly dried. My sheets had a stain as well. Also the bed was not that comfortable. One of the days at peak hour after the beach at 5 pm there were not hot water available so my mom had to shower with cold water.

Based on our many trips to Pogradec, this is the best hotel in the area. A well-located, sophisticated, truly elegant hotel that I can wholeheartedly recommend.

The breakfast is very simple and after a while boring, not worthy of the elegance of the hotel.

Mooie locatie, zeker als je uitzicht op het meer hebt
Pros:

Bij aankomst konden we letterlijk voor de deur parkeren. De familiekamer bestond uit twee aparte slaapkamers met een prachtig uitzicht op het meer en twee goede balkons. De bedden lagen erg lekker.

Cons:

De badkamer was verouderd. Het ontbijt was beperkt.

An amazing gem with a good price
Pros:

The location is amazing and the staff is nice and speak good english when needed. Had no real issues with my stay. They also responded well to my inquiries through booking.com messages before the stay. A la carte restaurant and beach restaurant and cafe are very good in service and taste. For their prices (our stay in 2026 july was 500€ for a week) this is an amazing place to stay at. Pogradec is a gem not fully found by foreign tourist masses. You will sometimes feel out of place when walking around (in a good way) because there are so few tourists. The beach is wonderful and the water is nice. Its also about 5-10c colder than on the coast which is nice in summer heat. Rooms have good air conditioning. The absolute banger is that they have bidet shower in bathroom.

Cons:

The breakfast isn’t the best, could use more variety. Maybe some fruits like watermelon. The indoors swimming pool has lots of potential but in current state is pretty bad (smell and discoloration). With a slight tune up the indoor swimming pool and its outside deck would be amazing. For some reason in 2 person bed there is only one blanket?? This seems to be normal in Albania as we had the same thing in another hotel.

המלון נראה טוב מבפנים ומבחוץ , המיקום שלו מצויין על שפת האגם וסמוך לטיילת תוססת עם המון מסעדות טובות ובתי קפה , הנוף מאוד יפה ( שדרגנו לחדר גדול יותר עם מרפסת ענקית לכיוון האגם) הצוות היה נחמד אך אינם דוברי אנגלית ברובם וקצת חסר תודעת שירות , סך הכל תמורה טובה למחיר

שהינו במלון 2 לילות בבוקר השני הילדות לא הסכימו לרדת לאכול ארוחת הבוקר שלהם וזה אומר הכל על ארוחת הבוקר !!!
עם קצת תודעת שירות והשקעה בפרטים הקטנים כמו , טלפון בחדר , מקום לתלות את המגבות , סדינים .. וכו ' המלון יכל לקבל בקלות ציון 10 .

Az ágyon a matracok jók.
A dupla szoba.
A kilátás az erkélyről .
A személyzet kedves.

A reggeli gyenge minőségű, semmi változás, minden nap ugyanaz.
Takarítás 7 nap alatt egyszer.
Medence víznek szaga volt.
A szálloda előtt a part rendezett de a tó vize koszos, fürdésre nem alkalmas.
