Stayed here many times and although "an ageing lady" this hotel offers an excellent position overlooking the sea ( if you are lucky with the view from the room!) with everything we needed in the room and beautiful meal in the evening in the restaurant. Staff very helpful as always.
There could have been an extra staff member working on the reception for check in. There was a long queue which could have been managed better I think.
Checking in was good, the receptionist on Monday (lady with dark hair and glasses) was very helpful and pleasant
Our 3rd time of coming to the Euston we were disappointed with the attitude of the bar staff, they seemed to have the attitude that they dont want to be here. Also after coming back from a day of activities we were told that we weren't allowed a drink from the bar at 10pm, which we were going to take to the room. Surely as residents this should have been allowed so we were very disappointed in this. So based on these factors we are not sure we will be making a future return which is a shame as we come here due to my boyfriends nostalgia as his grandparents used to come here when they lived here.
Location excellent the room was lovely and comfy very clean staff very pleasant
Staff where very friendly and helpful, rooms where clean and tidy but found the room we stayed in slightly small and bed was small double, shower curtain could do with being replaced and grouting round the bath replacing other than that a very enjoyable stay, oh the roof ledge outside bedroom window needs clearing from weeds and moss.
Only has mentioned above just needs keeping on top of the small details other than that loverly hotel.
Breakfast very good bet good location
Nothing really
The location of the hotel was good and the staff were friendly.
Our room was very dated. The carpet was old, rough and marked. The mattress was not particularly comfortable. The decor was tired. The bathroom was dated. The shower force was poor. The flooring was terrible. It look old, tired and extremely dirty and marked especially around the toilet base. The pipes from the toilet cylinder to the pan were dirty. The bin in the bathroom was scratched and hadn't been emptied from the previous guests. There were hairs in the bath. One of the wall light fittings next to the window in the bedroom did not work. Some of the floorboards in the room were very creaky. There was no air conditioning but there was a large fan. I paid £146 for a double room and was very disappointed.
The Grandeur of the hotel is actually impressive, it's location is perfect.
The room was outdated, a bath, really! A modern walk in shower fitted with a pump so you can enjoy a proper shower. The TV was So small and far away you wouldn't use it, wall mount a 50" tv!, decor: black pelmet and curtains were covered in cobwebs and did not match the room at all. Keep pictures With a seaside theme or Nautical. I'm an Staunch advocate for Fleetwood and would like to see it do well.
Breakfast was very good.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are very tired and need an upgrade.
the service was very good and helpful. The room was a great size and very quite. It was a bit like stepping back in time and that was its biggest plus!
The shower unit was stuck on HOT! I reported it but nothing happened.
brilliant room, comfy bed and great shower as im disabled
nothing
The hotel's location and sea view from our room was brilliant. Staff were so friendly. The food was fresh and tasty. Breakfast was amazing.
Compare to all different options of the breakfast and the other facilities, they could have a better coffee machine instead of just having filtered coffee.
Food excellent, staff very helpful and friendly
A small fridge in the bedroom for cold water etc as the weather was so hot
Nice location in Fleetwood
Noise , we didn’t realise it was a night club till midnight .
Lovely location, great view, the staff are so nice and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. The buffet breakfast is great with a great choice of food, well cooked and well presented. The residents lounge is very nice and quiet with complimentary tea and coffee making facilities on hand. There are complimentary toiletries in the bathroom and complimentary tea/coffee with biscuits. I honestly couldn’t fault the staff or the buffet breakfast.
The carpets are very worn and the decor probably hasn’t changed since the eighties. It’s very dated and old fashioned, the carpets on the staircase is threadbare in places, the carpet in the room I stayed in was also old. The linoleum tiles in the bathroom were very worn and cracked also. There’s no air con and the top floor rooms are very very hot, fortunately I was given a fan when I asked for one. It’s such a shame that the decor lets down such a beautiful building.
