L'accueil très aimable et en français. Le cadre (vue sur les montagnes, le village de Mutters). L'hôtel et ses équipements, la piscine. Bon restaurant et petit déjeuner sans reproche.

מלון בינוני ואפילו נמוך מזה.

קשה לומר. אבל בכל אופן אנסה.
החדר היה סביר כנל המיקלחת.
חניה חופשית.
המיטות היו נוחות.

Colazione veramente ottima, grande varietà di salato e di dolce. I minicroissant in particolare sembravano fatti in pasticceria. Piscina e spa veramente ottimi, della giusta dimensione per non trovare traffico. Il personale gentilissimo.

Cons:

per un prezzo così alto mi aspetterei una camera un po' più moderna e magari un bollitore e qualche bustina di the o caffè come succede da altre parti.

Frühstück mittelmäßig. Wellnessbereich und Garten in die Jahre gekommen, ebenso wie die Zimmer. Chefin bei einer personell getrennten Rechnungslegung überfordert.

L'hotel carino accogliente ,con una piccola spa piacevole ,staff gentile e ottima cucina

Eravamo in 4 e volevamo 2 stanze ma era disponibile solo una doppia e una tripla , abbiamo comunque proceduto a prenotare le camere disponibili, ma quando siamo arrivati ci sono state assegnate due doppie. Al momento del pagamento ci hanno fatto pagare una doppia e una tripla come da prenotazione . Ho fatto presente allo staff che però non abbiamo usufruito della stanza tripla ma che ci erano state assegnate due doppie ,ma mi hanno risposto che avendo prenotato una doppia e una tripla dovevo pagare come se avessi avuto la tripla, questo mi è dispiaciuto e non l'ho trovato corretto perché ho pagato una stanza più grande non avendone usufruito .
